Does not honor contract used their service this year at campground . Special buy 4 applications get 5th free only got 2 applications. Don’t return calls , never can get anybody to talk to you , extremely bad customer service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND , did not get money back that I paid for their service , it’s a loss . DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST GIVE AWAY MONEY.

Our family recently purchased lake property that WMPC had been treating for spiders under the previous owner. There were several building on the property that needed to be cleaned out as we took ownership and to my surprise I found VERY FEW spiders. This was convincing evidence that the treatments must be working. It has been a pleasure working with Amanda to schedule appointments and both the spring and fall treatments were performed on schedule. Highly recommend WMPC! UPDATE 2024. I am happy to report that after 3 years of service, WMPC continues to set the standard for professional pest control. They truly value their customers and their actions speak louder than words: exceptional courteous service, prompt communication before and after treatment, easy to use web site with online payment options, and use of safe, effective products. It is especially appreciated to have the owners being so 'hand-on' when it comes to the actual applications. Applications are not rushed. They are thorough and time is taken to also look for other pest issues that might be cropping up. I still rate them 5 stars and they continue to earn every one of them year after year.

Everytime I have an issue with any type of pest, Amanda and Jack are right there to handle it. They came back numerous times to make sure the problem was taken care of and did it with professional care and in a budget I can afford. They are definitely worth going through and I will continue to use them for any issues I have. Great family owned company! So quick to return calls if needed.
