After having 5 or 6 different companies fail to handle a wasp problem on our roof Great Lakes came out and took care of it without issue. Prompt, friendly, affordable. Wouldn't hesitate to call them for future pest problems.

Carl and his team are amazing. They work with integrity and do whatever it takes to ensure the job is done right and the customer is happy. They removed tons of bats from my house, screened off open areas where the bats could get in and came back immediately anytime there was a bat siting to catch it and do what needed to be done until all the bats we're gone and unable to come back into the home. Not to mention they made the screens look very nice and unnoticable to the eye. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I'm so grateful for all they have done for my family and I! A++++++ company.

Used this company for bat remediation came out and got a estimate of $1200 if we wanted to fix some of it, but if we wanted to fix all of it which was to replace or somehow change all our ridge vent that we had bats can get through a quarter inch slot or edge It would be 2600. Well we decided to go with the 1200 and somehow that turned out to be $1400 so far we’ve had bats ever since never got rid of all of them and several calls to Carl have fallen on deaf ears apparently because we’ve never heard anything back from him in fact, Carl, when you read this don’t don’t call don’t come back cause you’ll never work here again and I think you should change your slogan “a reputation you can trust and knowledge you can count on” cause that’s absolutely not right. Carl and his team truly go above and beyond for their clients. I strongly recommend! We have had a horrible tick problem on our property and not only did they fix the problem, they are quick to communicate, great pricing and amazing customer service! We called GLNAC after 7pm on a Tuesday night after I went to start a load of laundry and found a bat laying in the bottom of the washing machine. We tried to get it out but just scared and upset the bat so we closed the lid and decided to call a professional. Carl was out within the next hour and not only removed the bat to relocate, but gave us a free estimate to seal up the house so we don't get anymore bats in the house. He was very friendly and got the job done quickly. We will definitely be scheduling with them in the near future!

The amount of stink that one stupid mouse can put off is pretty horrific. I was pretty sure by the smell of it, I had a dead horse in my attic. Called and Carl came right away. He found the mouse and sealed up all of the entry points on my roof right away. He took the time to explain the problem and was not afraid to get dirty. Thank you, Carl for a job well done and helping me feel more comfortable in my home. Also, thank you for getting rid of the stinky mouse. That was horrible.

I highly recommend the services of this company, just this past Memorial Day weekend Carl and one of his partners came out and removed 4 big Raccoons out my fireplace they came through my chimney.I live in Grand Rapids and he came from Muskegon on a short notice to remove them, my family and I was so happy he was able to squeeze us in. Very Professional, Pretty Quick at removing them out. They also put a new cap on my Chimney to prevent anything else from coming in. Highly recommend!!! Extremely friendly and professional. I had a raccoon in my attic and was so nervous and didn’t know what to do. I called them Thursday night and the raccoon was gone by Saturday morning. Colby and Carl are both great guys, took the time to explain everything and really put me at ease :)

Had to play phone tag with Carl. Does not respond well to call or text. Had arranged an appointment for July 18th, 2022. Never showed. Haven't even received a phone call or notification that the appointment needed to be rescheduled or missed. If you like this company, keep using them. If you can work with someone else...that probably is a good route as well. Do not recommend.

Terrible costumer service when called to quote a price, whoever was on the phone processed to cuss and throw attitude

Called, got a quote & set up an appointment for him to come out to remove squirrels and repair roof entry of squirrels. The guy said “he would come first part of next week” never showed up, never called to reschedule! Very unprofessional.
