Midwest shows up every month like clockwork and the product he uses must be the best since it keeps ALL the creepy crawlies away!

Best kept secret in Monroe! What attention to detail for bug spraying. Gave me some tips as well. Reasonably priced. Played phone tag for a minute, but he informed me he was a one man operation. I prefer a small company and was willing to wait, however he was here two days later. The company was highly recommended by my son. My son has been through a few exterminators and was finally satisfied with Midwest Pest Control . They do not do animals only bugs!

When we moved to our home 22 years ago we were overrun by bugs and spiders. Knowing Dave from Midwest Pest Control for many years, from work, he was my first and only call. Since contracting his service for my home two of our daughters and several friends have also subscribed to monthly service. No regrets! His preformance and products are excellent at a professional and residential level. I would absolutely recommend contracting Midwest Pest Control for routine monthly maintenace. It's worth the price!

I wish I had a review to leave about their great service, but I couldn't get anyone to ever answer the phone when I called no matter the time of day, I also left a voice mail. Someone called back one time, and I was at work and missed the call, they did not leave a message. I called back right after and it went to voice mail again. I left another message, never heard back since. At this point no matter the cost I wouldn't use them for fear I'd never be able to reach anyone if I needed to.

Great customer service…above and beyond! Reasonable prices and guarantees . Both husband and wife were very pleasant to talk to.

Dave went beyond expectations on his last visit. I ask for some advice on holes that were showing up on one of our barns. He took a look and said they were carpenter ants. He sprayed the area and the next day at least 30 of the pests were on the ground dead, thankyou Dennis Miller Michigan

Dave is first class. Response, quality of service, follow up and price are all exceptional. We’ve used him for years and only great experience.

This is one of the most poorly run businesses that I have experienced in Monroe County. It took me two phone calls, one of which was not returned to find out that they were booking until the next week, but then couldn’t book an appointment for me because she doesn’t have the schedule however she knows enough about the schedule to know that she can’t book an appointment before the end of next week. I try really hard to support local and this is not one of those businesses to support.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Pest Control. Day 1, I call about a wasp nest in the porch wall on one side of my house and Dave came out and took care of it. The very next day, my mail carrier lets me know there is a paper wasp nest on the other side of the porch - Dave was back that same day. Their customer service was beyond compare - thank you thank you thank you!

Dave did a great job today. We couldn’t be happier!!

The guy came and I thought the yellow jackets left. They still came back into the upstairs bedroom etc. In the house. I called again and didn't hear him knock but he left his card. Over the next couple of days I had 9 more bees in the house. One stung my son and came close to getting the baby. I called two more times to see why they hadn't come back to retreat, texted the phone number and still nothing back. Never heard back. It's been 3 weeks now. What good is a warranty if the yellow jackets still got in the house and the guy doesn't come back?! Had he killed them he wouldn't have had to keep coming back. I have had other exterminators use similar methods without ever seeing them or a problem before. I was very polite about it when I called. Can hardly wait to see if they hibernated and return in the spring! Everyone loves yellow jackets in their house.

Love the company!! Comes in each month for us to spray down bug stuff to get them dead!!! I also certainly love the guy that let me have 2 pens of his!! He was such a nice guy and such and good guy just to be around too!! Great company and great employees! He came in for quality inn!

We have gone with Midwest pest control for the past 10 years, always got the job done. Had a large nest this year, Larger than normal, they kept coming back until Hornets were gone.

Great family run business. We see Dave every month and know that we can count on a great service. We feel safe knowing that his product is pet safe and LOVE that we don't see any spiders or other creepy crawlys in our home since we have started services with Midwest several years ago.

I tried to stay local but could not get a returned phone call. I left two messages also. Although, I know it is hard to have employees at the current moment, it is hard to attract new business if you can't call back. I have decided to go elsewhere.
