My interaction with Pest EZ bolsters my faith in humanity. I thought I picked up bed bugs using a "house" mat at yoga. I spent a whole day spraying and vacuuming my condo which didn't help and I was itching night and day. Next day I read up and learned that people sometimes battle these things for MONTHS on their own! I frantically called several local exterminators and discovered that most won't treat condos (more panic). I was referred by one of them to Pest EZ. The lady on the phone at Pest EZ was extremely kind and reassuring. Eradicating bedbugs is quite a process and the cost is high, but at that point I was just hopeful there was a solution at any price, so I made the appointment. What a relief when she said their technician could come out the very next morning! Jerimiah arrived early and determined from a quick visual inspection that it might not be an infestation. He suggested I put out an inexpensive home test to see if there actually were any bugs and maybe see a dermatologist. He added that, if I wanted him to, he could do a "peace of mind" treatment or a full (paid) investigation. I opted to buy my own home test, and went to urgent care for my rash. It turned out I actually had hives from an allergy I wasn't aware of. I am so grateful to these two kind human beings. First, to the office lady for making me feel that this was something that could be handled and that everything would be okay - also for getting me in so quickly in case I actually was living in an infestation. Second, to Jerimiah for showing so much integrity. He could so easily have just given me the expensive treatment I was asking for, knowing I might not need it. He saved me hundreds of dollars and allowed me to get the medical attention I needed without wasting time and money chasing "bedbugs". Whenever I need pest control services in the future, Pest EZ will be, hands down, my go-to provider. Pest EZ; thank you so much for being honest and caring members of this community. We called Pest-Ex out early this morning to a job site we’re working on. We had a major issue with yellow jackets swarming around the crawlspace entrance, making it impossible for our plumbers to safely access the area. Pest-Ex arrived on-site within an hour and a half and quickly took care of the problem. Thanks to their fast response and professional service, we were able to safely continue our work and replace the sewer line for the homeowner without further delays. I highly recommend Pest-Ex for their quick turnaround and excellent service—top-notch professionals who get the job done right!

I'll start by saying I am TERRIFIED of snakes... we had one get into our basement, i called this company got a voice mail and less than 10 mins later got a call back. It was 930am, the lady on the phone said someone would be out between 9 and 2pm. I got a call from their tech Jeremiah at 9:59 that he was 30 mins away. He was the most chill, professional person and reassured me he would find it and remove it. I had low hopes BUT, maybe 20 mins later he came up with it in his bucket!!! Not only did he find it but he also stood on my porch with my son and I and helped me breathe thru my anxiety!!! I give the company 10 out 10 stars but their tech 100 stars!!! Super chill guy, very personable and got the job done!!! Highly recommend!!!

They say they would be out in ten minutes after four years with them. I waited outside and called 90 minutes later he said he was here and knocked… I was sitting on the porch waiting. Office wants to keep my yearly money, I $678 for the year. Obviously they need it. Don’t trust them, thieves Looks like they monitor bad posts and have a generic answer. No resolve from EZ Pest but I got my money from credit card company I guess they agreed with us terrible company EZ Pest is!

I have used PEST EZ since 2022 and they WONDERFUL! Whatever they use to spray my house with works like a charm! Even if I have an issue, they usually can schedule me for the next day at the earliest or within 2 to 3 days at the latest. I highly recommend them!

Booked the appointment quickly next day after I called . The lady who helped me set appt. was thorough in the play by play of how everything worked. The exterminator was friendly and worked quickly. It didn't feel rushed. All questions answered and things were brought to my attention that I had not been aware of. Fair prices. Dealt with yellow jackets.

Excellent service! They responded asap to my phone call to help remove a rodent in my backyard, and even gave me some advice on how to treat my premises to prevent bugs from getting in. I would up hiring them again and was provided another 5-star service! I would highly recommend them!!

Listen Google reviewer’s This company is phenomenal. I had purchased a fix-it-upper home, to only find out how bad the mice was getting in the home. Can’t explain how I found this company, but I’m glad I did. He came out, and his knowledge of his craft was impressive. You could tell, that he loved what he does. He came right on in, and went straight to the source. He showed me how the mice was getting in, through the damn roof ! He pointed out their trail of their tail, dragging through the installation in the crawlspace. You actually could see a line in the installation going to a hole from the side of the roof. (I would’ve known any of this) No matter the cost, you will be happy not to live with Mice, and whatever they use, it worked. Mice free for 4 years now !

I called around to I don’t know how many places to get help with squirrels in our crawl spaces. We knew we wanted a service that would humanely take care of our furry roommates, and we knew it had to be affordable. Pest EZ made the decision easy with their excellent customer service over the phone, professionalism and attention to detail at the inspection, and they responsiveness to come switch out traps after each squirrel was caught. As a new homeowner, I am very grateful for Pest EZ being a straightforward solution for pest control and wildlife trapping services.

This company provided a quality and timely service. I emailed from their website and got a response within an hour both by phone and email. I made an appointment for the very next day. He came out on time at 8 am, check my fire place chimney to look for a possible wasp nest, quoted me 2 prices but did not try to upscale me when I chose the lower cost, and took pictures of possible entry points on my roof where the shingles were coming up. Finally, he went above and beyond as I pointed out a few metal rods in my decking had come apart and I thought they might reside in there over the summer but I didn't have the strength to knock them back in place. He took it upon himself to use a tool to shave the rod down so it could be back in place and completely fixed my deck rods at no extra charge. Took 5 minutes. So cool and I would highly recommend.

Great company! Super fast response on a Saturday to relocate a opossum trapped in our enclosed porch area to a farm where it will be much more welcomed and happier. Great, economically priced service and professional staff. Highly recommend.

I was able to get a same day appointment for treatment of yellow jackets. Super nice technician. Very reasonable pricing and guaranteed work. Highly recommend. I called Orkin and another local exterminator company. No appt for a week and very rude. Pest EZ was fantastic.

Had birds living in my stove vent. They put a screen over! Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because to be changed over $200 bucks for 15-20 min of work doesn't sit right with me. I could have easily done the same thing myself. They made it out over the phone like there was going to be more detail involved. The man that came out was nice and helpful so that's where the stars are focused for me. Personally I'd suggest if your a capable person save your money and fix it yourself.

Always there to help. When I call. They are always at my house a couple of days after the call. They do a great job. Although they are not the cheapest in town.

I called them because I had a bee hive in my backyard out of the blue which rendered my yard useless for a day or so. I called them after shopping around and they were extremely professional and beyond helpful. They responded extremely fast and the gentleman who came to remove the hive was a pro and I felt like we were in good hands the whole time. The process didn’t take too long, nothing to compare it to, and my yard was safe again. Definitely hope I don’t have to go thru something like this again but it’s good to know there’s people out here who know what they’re doing. Definitely would use them again in a heartbeat.

They did the job thoroughly and efficiently. Everything was explained to me ahead of time. There were no hidden fees or odd requests. I felt very comfortable and plan on using this company again. Also, very punctual..

Jerimia and his crew are absolutely awesome. I have done business with them for nearly a decade and have not been let down yet. I own multiple apartment buildings and feel rested assured that no matter what occurs (as far as pest control) they can and will take care of me.

Please beware of this company. They exterminated our home and misused the product. We were told to stay out of our 3 story home for 5 hours after extermination, which we did. I went to put my mattress on the bed and my hands were wet. He had sat my mattress in the spray that had not dried. In my mom’s room it was still wet underneath her recliner. The company took no responsibility for the misuse. My mom and I have developed multiple chemical sensitivity, we are living a horrible existence. We could no longer live in our house.

Not only came out on the day I called but earlier than expected! I counted 250 wasps in the house, they took care of preventing any more getting in, they treated the entry point (extensively!), two weeks on and no wasps! great job and thanks for taking care of us so quickly - highly recommended (they know their stuff!)
