I hired them to help with a squirrel/bird issue in our roof. They showed up for the initial service call without a ladder big enough to reach our roof. They were paid in full (hundreds of dollars) to return and complete the job. Over 2 months I have called them repeatedly to no avail. A couple of times they promised to return but then they no showed, or what happens most often is they don't even return the calls. Service is terrible. Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere.
I recently had 'Northern Wildlife Services' highly recommended to me for taking care of an ongoing critter problem, that just kept getting worse. The owner, Shawn, set up an appointment to check out my problem for the same day I contacted him. He took the time to completely access the issue and came up with a solution. And a couple days later the critter problem was gone. Sorry I waited so long. But glad I found a company that has the knowledge and experience to do an exceptional job.

We heard birds chirping in our attic right above the laundry room. We called Shawn and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He came out on Sunday to investigate and discovered that the birds were actually inside the dryer vent. Shawn safely removed the birds and released them unharmed. He also replaced the dryer vent to prevent future entries. Shawn provided exceptional customer service — professional, timely, and thorough. I highly recommend his services!

I contacted this company six years ago for what I refer to as a "creepy crawly" situation. They came right away and assured me they could help, and that they did ! They arrive on time, are focused on resolving the concern of the home owner, polite with fare pricing. I would feel very comfortable recommending this company !
Had a pest problem, came right out...very knowledgeable and priced in my budget. This is my new pest control co. Love the fact that it's privately owned, not a big company and can be personable and flexible. A+ plus merchant.
