They can never seem to get my mosquito spray right! Lazy workers no accountability!!

Terrible customer service after using them for 3 years I don’t get the service I’m billed for which I have cameras to prove it and then when I call I don’t hear back and when I call again all they do it argue with me. Ridiculous

Called and spoke to someone and gave basic information. Was told I would get a call back in 1 hour. 6 hours later, no call.

We’ve been customers of natural way for approximately three years now, and I have to admit that our lawn does look better. There are a couple of spots that could look better than what they do but natural Lawn has been very good and responsive to our inquiries and suggestions in fact our application tech Orlando has been outstanding. He takes the time when he’s doing our application to speak with us, have short conversation about things we can do to make it better such as lawnmower, height, and watering and that kind of communication is very helpful to me as a homeowner because I just need to know what to do without doing all of the research and of how to do it all. Orlando has been outstanding. We’ve had different lawn technicians each season but by Foor Orlando has been the best that we’ve had so far. So I hope he will continue in the next season or two going forward.

Never heard back about yellow spots

Bad service and shady sales tactics. Would not recommend.

Based on my neighbor’s recommendation, I expected much better service and pricing from Natural Way. However, I have encountered numerous issues, including inconsistent measurements and prolonged, frustrating communication. The salesperson repeatedly made significant changes throughout the process, making it difficult to receive a clear and fair offer. I fully expected management to step in and address these concerns, but no effort has been made to resolve them. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service have been disappointing, and I would not recommend Natural Way to anyone seeking a reliable and hassle-free experience.

Avoid!! Just did my lawn without any approval and sent a $50 bill i WON’T be paying

I appreciate the flexibility of Natural Way, they were able to customize a plan for us to fit within our budget, and the lawn still looks great. Friendly staff whenever I’ve had to call, and they are not too pushy with the extra services, as can be some other competitors. Lawn looks great, no complaints!

Have been happy with their service the past four summers. We moved here 6 years ago and inherited a lawn and landscaping that needed a lot of attention. Natural Way applications have continued to make our lawn lush, weed and grub free.
