We have been using Lawn Doctor for years and have zero complaints . They offer a lawn armor to help reduce mosquitoes, ticks and all the nasty bugs during spring, summer and fall. Living is the country this is a must because of all the mosquitoes. You’re guaranteed to see a difference! I highly recommend!!

I am a new customer that struggled for two years with brown patches in my lawn.The grass would actually pull up like a toupee. I thought I was capable of addressing the issue myself. The professionals at Lawn Doctor visited my lawn several times, put a plan of action together, including communicating and educating the client. By the end of the growing season the issues was until control and all the bear spots are returned to normal. Call me a very happy camper.

We were reluctant to hire a company for our lawn, thinking we needed to start from scratch with removal of our existing lawn and bringing in new topsoil and reseed the entire property. We decided to give “lawn Doctor “ a try for one season. What an amazing difference. The grass is now green and so much thicker. Unbelievable results from its previous growth. This service is the worst. After they tell you that you can cancel your service, they send you a bill for services that weren't provided. Furthermore, they never tell you that they perform two different services during one visit and then charge you for them. A terrible experience, don't hire them!!!

I was a bit skeptical at first. The Lawn Doctor did fertilizer, weed control and crab grass treatment. My lawn looked pretty sad after the first couple of treatments, but as the summer progressed, it kept looking nicer. They just did an aireation and seeding treatment. I can't wait for next spring to see the results.

Lawn Doctor employees are the best! I recently had them treat some crabgrass and when he came out several weeks later to apply another application he actually checked to be sure it was gone! I have always been very happy with their service and employees, they are the best.

The people have bad attitudes and they tell you a price in the phone and then over charge, they tore up some lawn too. I’ve use Bykerk landscaping before they aren’t amazing but way better than this and the people are way nicer!

Technician: Jacob took the time to stop and discuss my lawn with me for about 10-minutes and then proceeded to take his time to insure a good and thorough application was made to my lawn. The time he spent on my lawn today equaled what my prior lawn care company spent on my lawn in total on their three prior visits combined - they always seemed to just want to rush over the yard vs. Jacob’s appearing to really care about what he was doing. I am a new client to Lawn Doctor after having been with my prior lawn care company for 22-years.

I’ve done it myself forever but last year had a hand injury that got me way behind with weeds. I liked all the reviews I found on Lawn Doctor and liked the family owned aspect. Called them and was treated very well by a very attentive person. Initially I was thinking a 1 year service for me and I’d go back to diy. At this point with the excellent service and the amazing improvement to my weed issues I will be thinking fertilizing and weed control is something that comes off my list and stays on Lawn Doctor’s list!! Everybody I’ve had contact with clearly understands the concept of quality customer service.

We have Had lawn doctors services for years. Unfortunately we just had to cancel because they decided to stop fertilizing and spot treating the back yard and only proceeded to the front and now the front isn’t looking as good anymore either. At first hey did a good job . Now not so much things have changed and I have asked for about a year to help fix what’s happened and they just gave me a quote for 1,250$ to fix it .

They tell you a price that they are going to charge and then they overcharge your card saying it’s for multiple sprays but it was never disclosed when you signed up. Not only did they do that to me but also other family members. I wouldn’t recommend getting lawn services from them.

We used Lawn Doctor last year for our new build house, they supposed to removed all stones, put in 2inches of top soil and seeded the lawn. As at right now, we still have stones, barely any top soils and horrible looking lawn. We have to took them to court at the end. They used cheap seeds and lots of barn yard grass (which is the light grass in the pictures) mixed in them. I won’t suggest anyone use this company and they are horrible in timing as well, they putted in our top soils and seeded the lawn 2 days before the storm, I called Angelica and talked to her, her responded to me was “ if she can predict the weather she will be rich”, there’s weather app that me and my husband use everyday and we knew when they seeded the lawn it’s gonna wash them away. But anyway we didn’t have to paid the full price according to the court order. Those are the pictures from June 2022 - November 2022

These same photos were presented to a Judge to prove your claim as incorrect and defamatory.<br><br>If you would update your review with photos that are current after we completed several free service calls at your property due to the poor weather, we would greatly appreciate it. <br><br>Your lawn as of November was looking great and we sincerely hope that you find someone to continue servicing the lawn so you can maintain the great results. If you keep an eye on several of your neighbors properties that we installed lawns on without flaw, this will give you a good idea of where your lawn should be over the course of the next year assuming it is maintained properly.

Lawn Doctor came out twice to spray for weeds/crabgrass, and we still have areas of weeds/crabgrass scattered throughout our property. We plan on signing up with a different company in the spring for all of our lawn care needs instead. We definitely won't be using Lawn Doctor again.

For years, I’ve had a professional fertilizing service. Thought I’d give Lawn Doctor a try. Tons of weeds! Never had weeds until now! Can’t reach them (won’t call/email back) to discuss. Terrible customer service including saying I owe for service when I prepaid the year. I’m also over their gimmicks and sales tricks via technology; watch out. In short, their quality is just plain bad, my lawn proves it. Don’t waste your time with Lawn Doctor.

Lawn doctor missed my yard for multiple treatments. I tried contacting Kendra (owner) multiple times with no calls back. They tried saying I must have just missed seeing them. However, there were no granules in the lawn, no signs saying they had come which is important to me with children, no invoices on the door with what they applied on the lawn. I received reimbursement for 1 of the applications but they refused to call back to discuss this and then continued to miss us. Such a terrible experience with this company I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Poor customer service. They over-promised and under-delivered. They said they would do a "yard analysis" to determine how to best take care of my yard. Never heard back from anyone once I booked my first application. I have had to call 4 times to cancel services after not being satisfied and have still not heard back from the owner or received a refund. Go with another company.

I have no idea who left those good reviews. After the second lawn care now we have all kinds of bizarre weeds in our yard, barley can see lawn. Never recommend "lawn so called doctor" to any human at all. FYI : new pictures are after your third treatment. i guess after 6th treatment i will see no lawn on my yard.
