I hired Patrick for a home pest inspection, along with treating any issues he found during. He truly exceeded all expectations. He is so detailed, efficient, explaining everything so that I can understand and then showed me the items to keep an eye on for future potential issues. He was very reasonably priced and the detailed time he takes to ensure he inspects everything is unmatched. I highly recommend and will definitely hire him again if needed in the future.

Patrick is excellent at what he does. Hired for rodent issue at stepmom’s in Lake Columbia area. I can’t say enough good things about him. Communication is excellent clear concise explanation of what he’s going to do & his follow through is on point. It’s easy to tell he cares about the quality of work he does. A genuinely pleasant person. Price is very reasonable for the work. He exceeded expectations. Will definitely keep him on my, will call list.

Phenomenal! We had a rapidly developing bee problem and Patrick showed up on the day we called, after spending a full day at another job. He found the nest (in the dark) and treated the initial problem. I was out of town on business and he took great care of the problem so my family didn’t have to leave the house. It turned out that the problem was more widespread than what Patrick initially thought, but he has returned to ensure that he has completely eradicated our problem. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, expertise, dedication and friendliness. As long as Patrick is in business, I won’t use any other pest control expert!

Pat came out on very short notice after hours to take care of a yellow jacket problem outside our front door. Both my wife and I are allergic to stinging insects, so he really save our hide! He is very knowledgeable in his field, thourough in his inspections, and quickly got rid of nests and Insects around our entire house. We will be calling Wood Pest Pros for any future problems.

Wow! NICE experience today. Patrick hit this one out of the park. Discovered significant carpenter ant infestation while a handyman was doing some outside work on the house...work ground to a halt. Called several exterminators and got nowhere till I found Patrick. He immediately came to the rescue, evaluated the situation thoroughly , explained necessary details then went to work. After taking care of the immediate problem he checked other possible hot spots and then did the most complete controlled spraying of the external house that I have ever had. Extremely thorough! The work was very reasonably priced. My wife and I were gratified for the professionalism, the thoroughness and the kindness shown for our particular concerns. Need I say more... THANKS, Patrick.

Patrick was on time and very professional. Performed an incredibly thorough job at inspecting the property. Pointed out all the places where possible pest entry could occur and discussed the appropriate materials to follow through on repairs. Would highly recommend any buyer to contact Patrick to develop a pest baseline and establish what preventative measures could be implemented.
