Great service at a great price! They were very professional and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I had three rooms and a staircase cleaned and the service took about two hours. They brought everything they needed. When they arrived, my rooms were measured and an invoice was created for me with all of the details, then they got to work. They were very efficient and worked with me while I had two young children underfoot. I would recommend to a friend. Good job, thanks again!

I had a small mold issue that they completely took care of . I was so impressed with them that I also had them steam clean my carpets. They came back like new. Very professional. They even looked in my duct vents and recommended a pro service to clean them. Scott and Keaton are the best. Money very well spent ! I will use them again, and again !

I’ve had them out twice now to do our carpets. Their staff and answering service have always been wonderful to work with. On time for their appointments, friendly and professional, five stars for them and their work. ☺️ Last time I had them do upholstery and this time our carpets didn’t meet the minimum charge, so the technician suggested they get our area rug too. I just love when people are honest and helpful. They also entertained my one year old and let us watch which is not guaranteed by the company, but was definitely a bonus.

Our basement had about 5 inches of water in it. SCOTT came and drained the water out and set up fans and dehumidifiers up to dry it out. And then hauled away all the stuff damaged from the water. I would recommend them to everyone. Did a fantastic job. The basement looks awesome. Thanks Scott

Caleb and Jake came out to my family’s home and did an amazing job! They were on time, very professional, and super nice. They were both very knowledgeable. We had spots that we’ve had for years and they we’re able to get them out. Our carpet is super old and it cleaned up extremely well. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them!

We have used this company for carpet cleaning and always had a fantastic result. When we had a small fire (dishwasher) we had minor smoke damage, but throughout the home. Their team handled all the details in a professional, timely manner. From cleaning carpets, repainting, cleaning draperies, rugs, furniture, ductwork, they did it ALL. I literally was talking to them while the fire trucks were at my house. The technicians were on site ASAP, got everything back to new condition, and they had a great relationship with our insurance company and took care of EVERYTHING. They made the remedy of an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could possibly be. I highly recommend them for great customer service and value.

The owner of this company arrived promptly after my call, let us know our options, and gave us time to decide which course of action to follow. At our request, he returned later, removed wet and soggy carpet and pad, and set up dryers and a dehumidifier. His work saved our kitchen cabinets, drywall, and the carpet and pad in an adjoining room. It was a bit overwhelming to see how much damage could happen so quickly when a faucet overflows. It was great to have options for the clean up, and time to think about them without pressure. We highly recommend this company.

Call for appt-was SUPPOSED to be here at noon. No one showed up!! Called to see where they are-don't even have me down-ANYTIME!!! Was put on hold-as you can imagine, I was infuriated and used a few choice words-TO MYSELF!!(THINKING I WAS ON HOLD!!) Lady told me not to call agian!!! DON'T WORRY-I WON'T!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!

I was out of town when there was a problem with my sewer system and a friend staying in my home called to have it cleaned up. Upon returning to town and to the bill, I called Classic Carpet Care and Restoration to discuss what they had done. My basement was wet, full of dirt and mud, as were my steps leading down to the basement. I wasn't sure who was responsible for this. The person that I spoke with got defensive as I asked questions to try and understand what had happened. The person staying here denied responsibility and suggested that the cleaners had left the mess, but I wasn't sure and wasn't accusing, just attempted to put the puzzle pieces together since the bill from the cleaners was $495 and it was left dirty. I don't know if they left the mess, but in the phone conversation in which I tried to understand what had happened, the man I spoke with ended up hanging up on me. While they may do a good job cleaning, their lack of professionalism and customer service is poor. I'll find another service to use in the future.

Everyone here is wonderful. We love renting from Tom. Highly recommend!
