Do not recommend. We paid them thousands and we have not had even one bat free year. I wish there was less than one star. (FYI - I’ve never written a bad review in my life. I wish I could add the photo of the bat that was flying around my living room last night.)

I am highly satisfied with Central Michigan Wildlife Services. They addressed my concerns in a timely manner. The removal process was efficient and the inspection was extremely detailed. The employees are extremely kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They took their time to ensure that I understood everything involved in inspection and what was needed for the prevention of future pests.

I had an excellent 5-star experience with Central Michigan Wildlife Services. Kelly was fantastic—professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They performed a very thorough home inspection and handled a hornet and wasp extermination safely and effectively. It is a huge relief to have the pests gone! I’m very impressed with the quality of work and the level of communication. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the area

Had a bat problem. They were prompt, gave options and got rid of the problem. Highly recommend!

Didnt finish the job. Rushed the walk thru and just wanted to blame it on the roof as to why mice were getting in the crawlspace. Said I needed to install some $1200 dollar mesh to stop them. Well that solved nothing yet they never returned for traps or anything. They sure make sure they get paid though.

Be careful going with this company, not very good at trapping. You are paying for the attempt at trapping the animal. Full price whether they catch the problem animal or not.

Do not use for bats!! Paid for bat exclusion, gable vent covers, and sealing/caulking in July 2023, and still have a bat problem and have done plenty of sealing and caulking on our own after paying them $800 to do it. When we started finding live bats in the living spaces in our home and reached out to them again, we were asked if we bought their “full exclusion” or warranty. If we had been offered a warranty, we would have bought it. I know that bats are tough to get rid of - that’s why I hired professionals. They came back out and found another entry point to exclude by the chimney that was supposed to be taken care of the first time. When it happened again, they said they would return to look again and never did. I’ve held off on leaving a bad review, but now, nearly a year later, we get a text from them saying they came to the property to remove an exclusion device (Now?! And was it properly sealed up afterward in the less than 8 minutes that you were there?) and I’m literally watching another bat flying around inside the house on my security camera that we have to deal with. So frustrated and disappointed that I’m out that money and still having to deal with this.

Aaron and Brant were wonderful! We called about our concerns and they came the next day to check things out. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend!

These guys are the only service to call for nuisance critters. Hands down. They're great to work with. I had a big problem with squirrel in attic and walls. I called them and they came out the same day. Gave a very reasonable quote. Which I accepted. They started right away. Identified six points of entry. Sealed some. Set traps. Used camera in attic and exterior locations. Which they monitor constantly. They were out within hours to remove critters. Very impressed. Once all critters were gone they permanently sealed all points of entry. Mark and Dakota were a blessing to work with. Almost forgot to mention. Had six or more squirrels living in attic and walls. Creepy. But not any more.

Charged us $175 for bat animal removal that was trapped in our bedroom and NEVER even caught it. Spent only 10 minutes looking, couldn't find it, left and charged us the full price of bat removal. I get it if he spent 30 min. or something to charge us something, and even to charge a 75 service call, but to charge the full price for something he wasn't able to do? No way. So be warned- this place charges full price if they can't do the job in 10 min. apparently. So ask beforehand and get it in writing before you agree to them just coming out to get your check if they fail.

Great people and they handled our critter issue with ease. I would highly recommend them.

I knew I had a bat problem but I didn’t know where to turn. These guys were referred to me by warrior pest control, so I knew it would go well. These guys responded promptly, came quickly and were super thorough and nice. Very professional when explaining things to me too. Couldn’t ask for more!

Mark and Eric have been great! I actually spoke to several other companies who worked on scare tactics, no-shows, or just not interested. I was so glad that they worked that way because CMWS is fantastic! Through the entire process, I was informed and updated. They showed me where they had inspected and where work was done. From the beginning I understood that it would take time and I was fine with that. They came weekly to check things and more often if I needed them too, often times the same day. They listened to what I said and also spoke with neighbors to see if there had been any past history of problems. They are awesome and I would not hesitate to recommend CMWS to anyone! A huge thank you to Mark and Eric!
