My landlord didn’t clean our house before we moved in and so it was infested with spiders and mice. They were quick and arrived ready without knowledge of the type of spiders (I’m not familiar). He told us what type of spiders they were and even told us what we can do to protect exterior and interior between sprays. I’m so thankful they were available. ☺️
I would certainly recommend them. I just moved into a house that had some concealed issues one of which was mice. My anxiety was running a bit high and Lawrence really had a calming presence which had me feeling grounded and taking a deep breath by the time he was done with the inspection. I really appreciated the old school manners and politeness. I feel like we can get ahead of the issue and get it resolved. Will use for any future pest issues.
