When I bought my house there were mice inside. They set up bait stations inside and outside and plugged all the small places where mice could enter. It has been a year and I have had no mice. They also spray for insects outside when appropriate.

I am not real happy. Response time has been non existent or very slow. I have addressed an ongoing issue for about 3 months now in our house. We complained last year and it still continues. They are working with a University to find out exactly what these pest are. But I have paid repeatedly to get these things out of our house. My wife is PISSED to say the least. I hope we have better results soon.

The first attempt at getting a nest of yellowjackets out of our soffit was not affective. A deterrant spray was added so the bees did dot return to the dusted nest for 2 days, then the activity to the nest increased. I called after a week and could not get a second appointment for another week. The second appointment the tech dusted the nest throughly and then tore the nest out which scattered the bees that were not in the nest. The tech said it was the biggest nest he had seen all season. Two days later we discovered a ground nest near the first one. It was ANOTHER week before we could get a tech to come back. After a MONTH we seem to be rid of them. We were not happy with the delays or the events.

Made a contact request online. Received a text in return letting me know they can do some treatments to get rid of the critters in my yard. I inquired when they would be available and got nothing in response. I had attempted to contact them and I received nothing in return. I guess they didn't want my business.

Lots of problems last year and started this year with the technician showing up at my house non-equipped to do his job. Thought I would give them another chance, but have decided to go elsewhere.

Our technician did a good job spraying the outside of our home for bee's. He was mindful of our patio furniture on our decks near where he had to spray. We appreciated that.
5/15/23 Visit Feedback: The SureShot technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After he applied product to remove the carpenter bee's from our cedar siding, he recommended keeping kids and pets away from area for a few days. Once the carpenter bee's are gone, he advised to seal the holes in our cedar siding to prevent them from returning. We will have SureShot back out for another treatment next month to ensure they don't come back. Cost for visit $230.00 5/26/23 Visit Feedback: Unfortunately, we had the SureShot technician out before the next months scheduled treatment as the bee's did not dissipate. The technician applied more product to exterminate the carpenter bees and again recommended to fill the any other hole or cracks in the siding in a few days after treatment once the bees were gone. Cost for visit $0.00 6/1/23 Visit Feedback: The SureShot technician was out for the June service visit and again treated the side of the house where the bees are a problem. He also sprayed around all doors and windows of the house for pests in general. Cost for visit $70.00 It is now 6/6/23 and we still have a bee problem. At this point we are not happy with the results after spending $300.00 and will be canceling our services with SureShot. Thank you for the efforts, but we need a company that can get it taken care of, sooner than later.
If you don’t have an issue with being notified that they will be coming to treat your home then they may be the service for you. Should you like to be notified in a timely manner then all bets are off. Worked for years to get a 24 hour notification so we could arrange our schedule to be home at the time of service and that never happened. Management even admitted that the service they pay for call ahead notifications doesn’t function properly and has flaws. My family wasn’t comfortable with leaving a key to let them treat the inside of the home without us there. Apparently they have no understanding of people who work and their inability to last minute change their schedules. I would not recommend using this service at all, in fact I would highly urge you to go elsewhere. As much as I like to use small business over larger franchises in this case it might be best to go with a company that is more professional.

Jennifer- We first want to thank you for your feedback.<br><br>Our service does include 24 hour notifications; they can be done by phone calls, emails and text notifications. When we started using our current software (then new), there had been flaws in the system, like with most new technology there are kinks and bugs to work out. Along with that, all customers are set on a recurring schedule and that is the schedule they have for the length of their service, unless they elect to change it, we work with schedules quite frequently and are happily flexible. Likewise, in the years you were a customer, your account had a recurring service date and the call-ahead notification is a courtesy reminder. We're sorry if this did not go through properly at the time you were a customer. Our schedules do change when there is inclement weather, as it is illegal for us to apply treatments in certain weather conditions.<br><br>We're sorry that you also feel we're unprofessional based on the reasoning you gave above. Unfortunately, this matter was from years ago (2017) and our call-ahead feature works quite well now that the software is years from its inception.<br><br>Again, we thank you for your feedback and it will be taken into account as we further invest in technology to provide our customers with the most innovative and service oriented software.
