Unfortunately, this company did not do me the courtesy of returning my phone call. We had an animal in our duct work in our crawl space. I called on Friday night at 8:21 and left a message. I was in a panic that the animal would get into our home. It is now after 11:00 a.m. on Saturday morning with no response yet. Call someone else if it’s an emergency.

We had an issue with a skunk attempting to take up residence under our deck. We attempted to soil up the gap but Mr.Skunk simply excavated another entryway the next night. Tons of moth balls got us nowhere. So the wife called Critter Removal and Rick was out that same morning putting traps in place and set up a yard camera so he could monitor the night’s goings on. After 3 nights Mike determined that Mr. Skunk came from the woods behind our home and grazed on the dropped bird food from the feeders we have in our tree. Mike and his son excavated a trench around our deck and installed a thick wire grate to guarantee no future entry to ANY critter under our deck. We are most pleased with Mike’s dedication in getting the issue resolved with a permanent solution in a very timely manner. Thank’s Mike and company, you’re the best!!!

I tried live trapping whatever was under my shed with no luck so I googled critter removal and found Rick. First night caught an adult skunk then over two days he caught four babies. I highly recommend, really nice guy, knows what he’s doing and great service. I’m so happy and highly recommend!

I was watching the Detroit Tigers on a Sunday afternoon when I heard loud banging noises in my basement. I looked downstairs and saw debris on the floor, at that point I knew something was tearing my place up. I immediately called St Clair County critter removal and spoke with Rick, he agreed to come out ASAP and investigate my situation. He ended up spending over an hour setting up traps to capture a black squirrel and was successful. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his quick response and professionalism, Rick definitely is very good at what he does. Thank you so much!

We called Rick to vacate some woodchucks. He set up right away and stopped by to check on traps when he was in the area. He knows his critters! He took 3 away within a couple days. Great fellow to work with.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received! Rick arrived within 10 minutes of my call. He was enroute to another site, and said he could stop by right away. I had to postpone animal damage repairs until I had the critters removed. There was a small possum that caused some deep burrows. Rick came out each night and morning to check on the traps even in a downpour! Rick made the process stress-free. He even placed a board over critter hole in exterior of garage. I am so thankful for his service!
