Turf Concepts Landscaping

Turf concepts has been handling our lawn and show removal for years, top quality work at a fair price. They are always attentive and willing to go above and beyond anywhere they can helping take care of our commercial property.

We hired turf concepts who was recommended by someone who worked in the lawn care buisness but who is not in our area. We initially hired them to grade and hydroseed our back yard. We were also looking for a new lawn care company to care for our lawn, trees and shrubs. We were told they, turf concepts provides these services. We hired them and pre-paid for these services. It is now going into August and have had two lawn applications and maybe one tree and shrub. I have called several times and often told that they are in the close city and we will be next. We were also told that an email would be sent after each application to verify and explain what product was used. When asked about that, was told that the person who does the trees and shrubs does not "record" the application. I am at a loss. I called recently, was told I would recieve a return call to explain why and when the services we, my wife and I paid for, would or would not be applied. In the meantime, some our plants we are battling aphids and our lawn is over run with weeds. I feel we have been patient and appreciate the work they have done for us. But we feel that the treatment we have been receiving is demeaning, that we are unimportant. That all their efforts are on larger contracts. We feel that all the lawn care companies are the same, sad really. It is no wonder why small businesses are failing, they have lost sight of what really is important, the individual customer.

Adam & his crew were absolutely maticulus with our landscaping. The design is beautiful & they were committed to achieving the desired look we wanted. They are attentive, respectful, dedicated, & passionate about what they do. We are very pleased with our landscaping & wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. Adam is outstanding & attentive.

Adam had an incredible vision for our front and back yard that the amazing crew brought to life! Everyone from the office to the landscapers was kind and professional. The yard looks amazing with a beautiful selection of plants, lights, stones and edging. Everything was perfectly clean before they left too!

I used Turf Concepts last year for removing a couple Rose of Sharon bushes, planting Arborvitaes, and adding more river rock in my backyard landscape. And I hired them again this year to do some lawn repair and plant new seed. They did a fantastic job! The crew was fantastic! The crew was kind and professional and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. Everything looks beautiful! I would highly recommend them!

I contacted Turf Concepts based on a referral from my neighbor. I appreciated their detailed scope of work provided with their job estimate. All of the shrubs on one side of my house were removed to lay down sod, while the other side of the house had some shrubs removed or transplanted. Adam's crew worked efficiently, and even mulched other areas not included in my original estimate. I'm pleased with the work.

I was looking to update my front yard landscape which was looking old and overgrown. I explored the website and liked what I saw even though the projects pictured were of a grander scale than mine would be. I was pleased with the timely response and the suggestions for plantings as well as accent lighting. I felt that I was a partner in the entire project and that my desires were taken seriously. The owner had worked in my HOA community and was aware of the design guideline. The work crew was friendly and efficient and the work was completed in the stated amount of time. What I have is a beautifully updated front yard with great accent lighting. I would recommend Turf Concepts to neighbors and friends and will hire them in the future.

Turf concepts did an excellent job on my front yard. They did a new walkway out of town hall pavers from unilock. It looks better than I even imagined. They also did some new boxwoods and hydrangea tree and shrubs out front. This is my third project with them and I highly recommend them.

We had a pool installed in our backyard this summer and we were looking for someone to do the landscaping. Adam came up with a great concept, and Erik and his crew pulled it all together. We couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Our kids even love how we can change the colors of the uplighting!

I originally decided to use Turf Concepts because they did some work at my parent's condo and I was impressed with the work that they did there. I had landscaping and landscape maintenance done by them. I am very pleased with the results of both. Everyone was very professional and worked with me even as I added to/changed the original plans. The work crews were very professional, friendly and courteous. The crew that did my landscaping worked really hard in the sweltering heat but were very conscientious that the job was done correctly and exactly how I wanted it. They were really great friendly guys and I enjoyed having them at the house. The crew that came out to trim my bushes were also excellent. They were very concerned that the job be done just how I wanted it and were professional and friendly. Both crews cleaned everything up and when they left you wouldn't even know that they were there. I am very pleased with this company and will happily use their services in the future.

Turf Concepts replaced our weeping Mulberry tree which was getting quite out of hand with a new Korean Lilac. The crew did a great job from start to finish.
