We started services with Turf Badger since the summer of 2022 after quite literally losing my mind trying to get rid of these little mice in my basement. After our first treatment, every sign of mice essentially disappeared overnight after our tech, Colleen, identified some holes in the brick that was allowing mice to make home in our basement. She sealed those areas up, set up bait stations and came out every 3 months to refill them and treat the siding. I love that Turf Badger uses non-toxic chemicals to treat our yard, so we don’t have to worry about our German Shepherd getting sick while trying to keep our home mouse-free. Colleen has been our tech for over 3 years now and we have not only evicted the mice but got our sanity back. Colleen is super polite and respectful when she’s had to come into our home for service but otherwise, very efficient when she’s just doing the outdoors. I’m happy with our Turf Badger service and will continue to use them as long as we live here.

So glad this was a real company was starting to think it was a scam. Saw your truck in our area called and paid for annual service. I was told they would come Tuesday, called Tuesday told they don’t service my area till Thursday or Friday. Rescheduled Thursday then truck broke down, rescheduled till Friday, but truck still broke. Received service the next Thursday. Technician was very nice, she even took down some wasp nests. I hope the bugs stay away. Thank you for providing this service.

Warning!! The sales guys that come to your door do not fully disclose the conditions of your contract. I was told I could cancel at any time, but when I called to cancel I was informed I evidently signed a 12 month contract (3 separate services being charged) with a $100 cancellation fee. I would have never signed up in the first place if I’d been properly informed!!

We signed up, they came and sprayed but not the areas we said we had a major problem with. we waited and did not see any improvement in the bug control. Then my husband got laid off of work. He called 2 weeks ago and cancelled your service. Then the guy called yesterday to say they were coming. My husband explained he cancelled weeks ago. Then the guy said we were being charged a cancellation fee, which we were told before signing up we could cancel at anytime without a fee. Then this morning we woke to find out they billed us for the service and we did not receive any service. So thank you for leaving us with no money and very poor service. would not even give the one star. Would like our money back and a large apology.

BEWARE of shady billing practices. This company came out and preformed services at my mothers house without authorization while she was out of town. They claim they sent her a bill via text (which they didn’t, because the number they had on file was a land line!!) A paper bill was never sent. She was never contacted. They then sent her to collections and impacted her credit after never contacting her about the service or a bill! In Response to TBs response: My mother was a longstanding client whose account was always handled through her business. When she sold her business she called to notify you of her change in contact information, both phone, mail, and email. If you would have done your due diligence to update your records as she has had requested she would have received a bill for her services and her account would not have gone 90 days past due. To send a longstanding client, who has always had a history of prompt payment, to a collection agency with no attempt to correct the situation first is immoral. You couldn’t send a paper bill to her house first? It’s not like you didn’t have the address, since that’s where the services were rendered!!

Especially ones that could negatively impact the lives of our customers. We are committed to working closely with our customers and adhering strictly to the agreed-upon service charges established at the time of sign-up. Additionally, we would like to clarify that our company does not report directly to any credit bureau, and we confirmed with the third party agency we use to aid in collection of past due balances, that your mother was not reported, making it impossible for any billing situation related to our services to impact your mother's credit score. <br><br>Our service operates similarly to other home services like internet, trash, phone, gas, or electric services. A service agreement, which can be made either over the phone or in person, authorizes the provision of agreed-upon services and sets the pricing. Like these other services, once the initial agreement is fulfilled, the services continue until they are canceled or declined.<br><br>We strive to keep our customers well-informed by providing at least two forms of notifications (text, voice, and email), and sometimes all three, about upcoming services (all attempts being documents with a date and time stamp). If we do not receive notice that services are no longer wanted, the service is performed as scheduled, and an invoice is sent to the email on file upon completion.<br><br>In the case of your mother, although her balance from the 2023 service did exceed 90 days past due, prompting our system to refer the account to a third-party collection agency, the collection attempt was withdrawn within 72 hours once we identified and rectified the situation. Again, to emphasize, we use a collection agency and do not report to credit bureaus, making any impact on your mother's credit score due to our company impossible.<br><br>We deeply value honest customer feedback and respect each individual's situation. We sincerely hope you will reconsider your review, given that the claims made are not accurate. We are more than willing to further discuss your account and address any other concerns you may have to reach a satisfactory resolution.<br><br>Thank you once again for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to clarify these points. I guy came out 1 time and my card has been charged 3 times for a total of $300. The harassing phone calls and emails has been insane! Additionally, they couldn't provide information or proof of what they used to spray for bugs. Clearly a bunch of frat boys looking to take advantage of people.
