I am so glad I made the decision to hire Chad to help with with my mouse and chipmunk problem in my crawlspace. He explained everything he was doing and kept me updated and was also very successful in eliminating the problem. His price was very reasonable and he has gone beyond what he said he would do to make sure the problem didn't return. I highly recommend him.

SO far so good! We have a small mouse problem. Returned my call promptly. showed up sooner than expected (next day), did thorough inspection and made recommended repairs and recommendations for follow up. very professional and polite.
