I am not at all pleased with the service provided however I believe Skyler is a good person but he let the machine spill fertilizer on the yard at places which did in fact burn and it did not show the beauty of the lawn.

Do not use this Lawn Service company, they will scam you and then pretend to send you to collects. If you then call the collections company to explain the situation you will get their customer service dept and they will try to sell you more services. This is the first time I've written a complaint about a company, this company is the worst I've seen.

I can’t believe you would treat my lawn without giving me any plan to approve ( as it has always been) and then tell me we haven’t paid a bill we never received. If you want payment send me a bill or leave one on the door like you used to. Don’t just send me an email telling me I’m late! Time for a new company I guess.

I was called and asked if I would like overseeding and aeration. they came out maybe did the liquid aeration and there was no seed on the ground. I left a review on Google and was told I would get a call back that day. That never happen. I asked them to come back out and reapply it they said they would be out the following week that never happen. then I called to cancel my service and they said they wouldn't be able to reapply it then. so I asked for a refund because they didn't do what I paid 200 dollars for. they said they would have a manger call me. That never happened. Then when I called to ask to speak to a manger they tell me there isn't one there. that was at 2 o'clock. and know one will give me a answer and just keep saying they will call back and never do. This is the shadiest business practices I have ever seen. I will keep calling daily until I get to a manager. and get a full refund for this.

Skid marks almost everywhere he turns. They’re all over the yard. Please slow down because crabgrass and weeds will fill in all the bare spots he leaves. I stopped using my zero turn because it was happening to me. The lawn can’t handle it. If this can’t be reconciled let me know

I have had 3 treatments since the spring. today was the fourth. I have a worse problem with weeds in the lawn than when you started on 5-30-24. I requested a call back from Adam Castelucci and heard nothing. If this treatment does not show results I will be requesting a full refund. I am extremely disappointed. signed NOT HAPPY

Once again no notice day before, said they applied liquid, it was granules, didn't blow off concrete, did not latch gate and it was partially open, have dog and totally missed front side yard. Not the same company since they merged.

**edit** product is still good but the customer service is terrible. No one calls you back ever! All I asked for was a 24 hour notice heads up to clean up my yard from my dogs and it would never happen. Also make sure they apply the products they are supposed too. Tried to tell me they applied everything start to finish (loading and unloading included) in 13 minutes! I have almost an acre. No way you can properly fertilize my lawn in 13 mins with a walk behind (their buggy was broke) won't give them another dime!

First season with Turfmen Lawns... Had to inform them I found sod web worms! Then they applied an application to my lawn for $53.00. A little too late. What do you think?

Mary,<br>Your lawn experienced an infestation of sod webworm due to not being on a surface feeding insect control application. Our team performed a lawn insect treatment to kill the sod webworm, and we even offered to come back out for no charge and treat the back yard for you a few days later even though you only pay to have the front lawn treated. Once sod webworm damages a lawn it needs time to grow out and recover. The roots are undamaged, only the blades. You agreed in your email that this was not a result of anything we did so I'm not sure why this negative review was left. We are available anytime if you need more information and we are happy to help.
