Wolverine Pest Services

Wolverine recently did a total basement pest control for mice. Matt has been great to work with and super helpful and nice.

I've been trying to call the dispatch for 2 days but no one picks up the phone over there. Are they still in business? This is not the greatest look for a new customer.

7-28-25 I highly recommend Wolverine Pest Company. We have used them for years. Scott is the best! I called him late in the day yesterday to report 2 bee nests I had. He is coming out today to take care of the problem. Scott is so professional and pleasant to deal with.

Scott responded fast. We had a yellow jacket nest beneath the siding by our front door. He was kind and professional; handled the issue promptly at a reasonable price and guaranteed his work. We would highly recommend Wolverine Pest Services.

Great service provided for many years years!

I’ve used Wolverine for several years after my daughter recommended them. They’re prompt to respond to any additional problems that arise (yellow jackets nest, help!). A close friend was being overrun by rats, she contacted two pest companies but got no response. Wolverine came out within 48 hours and solved the problem

I called Wolverine Pest Services to remove a huge beehive that appeared to be getting bigger by the day! Here is my overall impression of the company: Great company, very responsive, professional, caring and kind family (Scott, Evita, their son and daughter). Were so impressed with everything, we also decided to sign-up for additional pest control services like ant, bee, mice, etc.

The family have always been very professional and wonderful. We have used their services for about ten years. If I have a problem with insects like ground bees outside or carpenter ants inside, they are very prompt. I’ve had trouble with mice as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have been a customer of Scott’s for years. He and his technicians have always been thorough, professional and friendly. Other similar services continue to solicited us but there’s no reason for us to leave these excellent people. Fair price, good results. Will even provide a free application for special events like open houses and large family get togethers.

I love that we can call when we are having a special event (like our graduation party) and they will spray another time in the month. The technician Scott was very friendly and did a great job!

We've had their annual program for several years and they've been fantastic. No ants, no earwigs, no mosquitoes, no mice, no snakes, and always willing to come out for an extra treatment if we have an event planned. We live in the country so pest control is a bigger challenge than in urban or suburban areas. Scott, Jennah, and the crew are always great to work with. Highly recommend them.

I have great difficulty every time I try to contact them. No one ever answers the phone and once even their voice message system was full so I couldn't leave them a message. Not very professional for anyone attempting to run a business! Then when I was able to schedule an appointment for them to come to my home they didn't even show up. Save yourself the time and frustration. Hire someone else! ADDITION. . . I have increased my initial rating of this company from 1 star to 3 stars. Although my appointment this morning was between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. the gentleman did eventually show up around 10:30 a.m. and sprayed a spot for the presence of wasps/hornets. He apologized for being late and explained that he had went to the wrong appointment scheduled for the next day.

Would NEVER recommend! I paid for them to come out 5 times for something that only should require 2 times at a max, and still didn't resolve my issue. They rescheduled twice because the technition didn't show and due to a "computer issue." Then when I emailed to complain I was told they will never do business with me again and I should use a different company. Customer service I rate a 0. Also they say they provide a 30 day guarantee. I obviously was not satisfied in my 30 days but they did not reimburse.

Terrible! Scott is very unprofessional. Was supposed to service mh house on Monday 8-10 he texts me at 9 and says he forgot he has a doc appointment. Then at noon he texts and says his appointment ran late and now his appointments are set back a day. Says he will be here Tuesday at 8 and its not 5:35 and I haven't heard a word from him. Terrible!!

Help us take care of things for good!

This is a "mom and pop" type company, but not in the way that you'd find positive. I would assume they would go out of their way to provide a good experience, but all I've had is headaches since hiring this company. They were supposed to come spray our yard twice a month for mosquitos, but they came twice in June, and that was the last I've seen them. I've had a ton of mosquito issues as I hadn't been doing my own treatments as I had paid this company to do so. I've since had to spray my yard myself as it's been a month since Wolverine has come out to spray. Called customer service to find out what's going on, and they just mentioned they have a problem with their scheduling software. But, I called five days ago, and they still haven't sent anyone out. Today I called asking for a service credit and they said they would offer a half month credit. I said I felt they should offer a full month (as it has been a month since they came out) and their response was simply "well, we won't be doing that".

Scott came to my home for the fourth time last week to treat my home for mice. His company was going to put blue poison blocks in my home on the floor. My partner and I stated that we did not want to have poison blocks placed in our home again because we have children and this is an inefficient way of treating my home. We've had dead mice end up under our furniture from those poison blocks and the smell was AWFUL! He said that he would let our landlords know that we refused treatment and left out of my door! He didn't even look in my house to check for anymore entry points to where the mice were coming in. Scott then preceded to tell my management company that I refused entry to my home, he had bait stations that required a special key, and he smelled a strong odor of marijuana!!!! He then stated that he felt threatened by my partner! Are you kidding me? You are rude, unprofessional, and a liar. I am glad you won't be returning to my home!

They came they saw they conquered.

I contacted Wolverine Pest to bomb my cottage; they soon rescheduled for a couple days later and then "forgot" that they hadn't done the job. When their poor scheduling ruined our weekend plans they blamed the bugs ("we feel the bugs ruined your weekend, not us") and would not offer any discount or compensation. If they had done what they promised to do when they said that they would the bugs would have been gone. Isn't that what you pay them for? Customer satisfaction is apparently not a priority.
