Wells Pest Control did a fantastic job dealing with a Yellowjacket nest that has been giving me trouble. The technician, Evan, did a thorough job inspecting my property for additional threats, cleaned away an old hive, and expertly handled the active nest while explaining how and why the process worked.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Called Friday morning about a hornet nest in my tree and they came out a few hours later to spray the nest followed by removal a few days later. Great communication, excellent prices, and perfect communication. Will absolutely use them again!

I am truly impressed with Dave and his work. I called him at 4:30pm on Friday about a yellow jacket nest and he arrived at my house about 45 minutes later. He is SUPER knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He brought his own shoe covers and immediately put them on upon entering my house without me even having to ask, in which I really appreciated. He has customer service mastered! 👏🏻 I saved his name and contact in my phone so I can call him if I need his assistance quickly again. We have been using Wells Pest Control for YEARS! They are the best of the best. We used to get all kinds of creepy crawlers, hornets, etc. ever since Wells Pest Control we do not experience any of that. Flat rate fee each year and you’re covered. If you ever need them to come out for any reason they will!! Dave and Evan are both incredible. I highly recommend Wells Pest Control and have recommended them to everyone.

I just moved into my house that’s out in the country. And the little country Mice decided to come visit. I tried to take care of them myself, but I failed. I called Wells Pest Control. They are the most organized and friendly company. They also charge one flat rate for the year. With guarantee.I liked that better than other options from other companies. And probably most important of all was Evan . He is the person who came to my house. The same person came to my house each time which I think is very important because they get to know the house. He had the best energy. My four dogs absolutely loved him. And he made the process enjoyable, even though it was a creepy process for me. He was super effective. In just a couple of weeks, there were no mice because he not only addressed the inside, but he figured out where they were coming in and addressed the outside. We hired Wells Pest Control after finding some evidence of mice in our house. After contacting them, on the same day they send Evan in to take a look and work in our issue, since I wanted to fix it asap. In two weeks no more mice! They were great at communicating and did a great job, no need for subscriptions/memberships of any sort, one the biggest reasons I went with them. These guys really go out of their way to help you. We had a very bad squirrel infestation, with squirrels running around inside our ceiling causing all kinds of electrical damage. We tried everything to get them out. Dave and his son came to the rescue, working for several months until they got every last squirrel. They found all the places the squirrels were getting in and pat he'd them up. They would respond same day if we told them a trap was full or we heard another on in the house. They also checked on and refilled the mousetrap we had purchased from someone else. And now, after a good long fight, we are finally squirrel free! And Dave just texted me to let him know if they come back again in spring.

They are always very prompt when responding to questions. Very friendly. I like that they let you know when they will be coming to spray, when they are on their way, and when they have completed the job. We have had no issues with crawling insects or hornets building nests since we had them start spraying for us. 3 seasons down and we will continue to use them.
