Clearly looking for a paycheck. Hired for a home sale related wood pest report. Found what was very obviously inactive mud tubes in the garage (they were very clearly dried out and broken open/falling apart all over the place and did not even lead to the soil anymore, and showed zero signs of activity, even according to him). He wrote it up as an active infestation in the report and said it'll be 400$. Sounds like a racket to me....
