The actual service when provided was good. However it was not enough to even bring my review up to two stars. When I was sold their service, I was told that the price I was receiving was $99 paid QUARTERLY for the first year. However instead of a quarterly payment, it was a monthly payment for a service you receive less than once every two months. And they gave me $99 for the first payment ONLY and immediately jacked my price up to $150 per month. A total ripoff compared to what I was promised w

I cant leave no stars. The services provided seemed to be acceptable, issues we were being treated for, particularly mice and ants. Never seemed to remedied. The owner or who ever anwsers the phone and is a man and claims to be the owner not a Jasmine or Alexis who responds to comments claiming to be owners. Aptive wants to charge a early termination fee for 4 days early termination even though my residence isnt scheduled to be serviced in them 4 days time. These are door to door salesman. Custo

Salesperson came to the door and explained the service that had to offer and I was open to giving their service a try, the only question I had was if we try it for a few months and are not satisfied with the service can we cancel the service without any early cancellation fees and he said "absolutely, we just want you to give us a try". He apparently was not telling the truth, we tried the service for a few months and paid for the services we received; however when we cancelled they charged us
