Ken and John from Elite fit me into their schedule after my squirrel problem became an emergency. They were very friendly, patient and helpful, and went out of their way to make three trips to my house to fix the problem. The cost was very fair for all they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any of their services and I’m already checking with them about another service they perform. It’s hard to find companies that are conscientious about their work and willing to go the extra mile like they are. Thank you Elite for your help, you definitely are a five-star company!!

I had a great experience with Elite Pest Management. We just moved into our new home and noticed some mouse droppings, so our management company sent them out. Ken was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to inspect every inch of the house. He explained everything clearly, reassured me that it wasn’t as bad as I initially thought, and let me know exactly what to expect. He made sure everything was handled properly and really put my mind at ease. I truly appreciate his professionalism and care. Brook took my call and was kind and helpful with answering my questions and setting up my appointment. Ken, the tech, was fabulous! He was kind and honest about my rodent problem! He even listened with care and understanding about my fear of mice. He fully explained the extermination process and shared what he found with the inspection. He answered my additional pest questions, and again, was very honest. He never once tried to upsell me or sell something I didn’t need. I will definitely use them again in the future and will tell my friends and family to use this company, too!

Great service! Elite helped exterminate my mouse problem. During the 30 day check up we found no evidence of mice. Thanks for taking the time to show me where the mice might be getting in the house and for patching the holes with copper mess.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment when needed, and when Ken looked at the dirt piles that were a concern, he assured me they were only ants, vacuumed the areas, and told me where to caulk. He explained what I would see with termites and beetles and didn't see that activity. He charged me less because it took less time than expected! Wow! Ken is knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and honest. I highly recommend this business!

Elite Pest Management tackled an old farmhouse that had sat empty during an extensive renovation. The house was full of mice and Elite completely took care of the problem; we haven't seen a mouse since!

With living in a 3rd floor apartment, being by a highly wooded area, very close to the water, AND having pets, there's always something that can be an issue regarding pests. Ken was so kind and attentive when he came to treat for not only ticks, but bees and spiders as well! He explained the treatments thoroughly and was patient as he answered all of my questions. Once he sprayed, the pests were virtually gone in a couple of days! This really put my mind at ease and made living much more comfortable. Every year, I know exactly who to call whenever I need the bugs to be gone! I can't thank Ken and Elite Pest Management enough for how great they have been!

Great service very honest people...

I can’t be any more happy with this company. I called at 12:04 and John was at my place in less than 15 minutes to treat a Yellowjacket nest. Friendly, informative and quick. Got rid of the yellowjackets. Will tell everyone about these guys!
