I've used Pest Patrol for years. (I was with another company before that.) I have always been happy with them. Today I met another tech. He was wealth of information. I really enjoy talking with the Techs and the office. I recommend them to anyone who asks. In my estimation, they are fast, knowledgeable and and priced well

We have been going to them for almost 10 yrs. I called today as I do every yr to get scheduled for a spray. 1. The lady that answered the phone had an attitude from the go. She was the RUDEST person I have ever spoke to there. 2. We always only get 1 spray a yr, she proceeds to tell me if I want more & don’t sign up/pay now she can’t promise that they can come out again. Really???????? So if I don’t take the extra sprays that you are pushing on me you can’t come back out if I want more. 3. She proceeds to tell me that I have never had a price increase since 2016, well that not true it has increased many times through the yrs & she was then arguing with me about it. Well I have the proof of what we have pd over the yrs & it’s been more every yr. (which I am fine with obviously because we keep retuning) 4. Also very over baring about what spray we get & what it’s for. We have gotten the same spray since the beginning & it’s works great for what we want. I don’t need to be told/sold something else. There were other issues as well with her customer service but this is the jist. YOU HAVE LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER. This needs to be addressed before you lose any more.
