Came out within 2 hours of being called to take care of some nasty bees we had in the ground. Also checked other trees we had that they could have burrowed in. Sprayed some other areas at no extra cost to me and even tried to catch the snake that I was terrified of crossing my porch. Very kind and professional. Said if we have any further problems with what they did give him a call. Highly recommend

Always good service

We had yellow jackets that had managed to get into the ceiling of our home and we're coming in through the hole they had made. They came out and sprayed them. When they did not all die the owner himself came out to make sure they were all dead before he left. Great service, would definitely recommend them.

My family has been getting service from Travis Pest Control for years. We’ve always gotten great service and the people are always so friendly. We usually get the mosquito extermination because we live in the woods, and we don’t see any mosquitoes after being serviced. Left a message when they didn't answer the phone, they never returned the call. Guess they don't need my business. Gave them a second chance. Informative, on time, very nice.

Scheduled twice and no one showed up. No call either day. Third try they actually thought someone had already serviced me.

Communication and pricing were great

I don't think they were very professional. Who ever it was just answered the phone with "hello" and nothing about it being the company and when I asked for a name they wouldn't give it to me. Unprofessional.

They drive through my neighborhood routinely. The crew can see animals out and still overspray into next door lawns and on children’s play equipment. They also drag their hoses from the back of the truck anywhere from 25 to 50 feet behind, spreading chemicals all over. I have three children and every time I see them come through, it cancels any plans we had to play outside. Company may be good, but workers are lazy and careless.

They are great! They done a great job for us over the last 5yrs
