Premier Pest Management

I live in a Condominums complex they have the contract or was contacted to come and spray I filled out a work order for black anits on my patio and front door and found a few in my condo the previous pest control would had a came in a reasonable amount of days and took care of it but this company schedule it out 1 week later and than never showed up prior to the conversation they or she stated we will not be coming inside we will just spray the patio and the front door area that's it she repeated it 3 times I just said okay thanks but I know if it's black anits you should do both but I was willing to take what she wanted to give me when. Thursday finally came @ 230 pm I called to see if anyone was still coming she said yes I noticed they closed at 5pm and so far no one ever came I knew they wasn't coming after reading some of these reviews seem about right.

Every time this company sends someone to my residence, they have no notes on my issue or record of past visits from this company. This is the fourth time this company said they were sending someone to spray my residence only for the people who showed up, to have nothing but glue traps in their hands. Yesterday, while being serviced by this company, one of their female technicians asked me to explain my pest problem so I tried. Before I could get a complete sentence out, she cut me off and told me my issue seems to be with a with my leasing office stating, “I’m not maintenance. I’m pest control. Contact your leasing office.” I heeded what she said and added that since she was cutting me off anyway, we cannot have a productive conversation that will actually help my issue. She asked again a few moments later and again she cut me off less than a sentence in. So I told her again, “we’re unable to have a productive conversation because you keep cutting me off so I’m going to do like you suggested and contact my leasing office. I would prefer you two (there was another tech with her who was doing the work) just do what you came to do and I’ll talk to my leasing office.” She appeared to be offended by me saying that. Once again she asked what my issue was. I told her a third time there’s no point in having this conversation because she keeps cutting me off. Eventually she cuts me off again, saying “ok so we don’t listen. Nobody listens. Got it.” and leaves the room. As I come out from the room saying “ain’t nobody said that” she sprints out of my unit as if I was chasing her. She didn’t even put traps down in the bathroom like she said she was coming to the back room to do. She then went back to my leasing office telling them that I was the aggressor when the whole time I kept at least 6 feet distance from her each time. She then stated I was “lounging in my underwear” when in fact I was wearing what I wore to the gym that day (as seen by my leasing office) and a fleece that covered my behind. When Premier Pest knocked on my door later than expected, I did not expect to be antagonized in my own home. This lady wanted an altercation and I didn’t give it to her. All I wanted was my pest issue to be taken seriously. Please ask the gentleman that was with her for his interpretation of this altercation because the only aggressive person was this woman with the cat eye shaped glasses.

I spoke to Tracy regarding spraying perimeter of my condo and I didn’t want them spraying my widow sill. She kept repeating that 3feet up and 3 feet over which I didn’t understand what she meant. I said to her that I don’t understand when she lost it, started yelling and repeating the 3 ft policy. I haven’t had a business go off on a customer the way she did. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service by Tracy

Unprofessional office, set an appointment 4/16, they didn’t save my info and tech never showed, then I was told tech is no longer in area rescheduled for today 4/17 9am… here we are 10am I call and was never put on the books and want me to wait another day to remove a dead animal.. unreal. Pathetic

Stated geek would be applied, had residents moving items and all they did was place a couple of bait boxes out. Needless to say residents still have a bug problem.

Premier Pest performs this service for me at Novi Community School District. Chuck and his crew are always professional, responsive, thorough , and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their service!

Had someone brought to my apartment from the company, had gold jewelry missing right after. You do the math.

I've worked with Premier for years. Chuck is understanding of your issue and expedites service. My favorite technician is JoJo. As a matter of fact, the residents in my building who have worked with her compliments her EVERY time. That's why whenever we need service we ask for her.

We have worked with Jo for years at our Townhome community and she is a pleasure to work. She is professional and always looking out for our best interest. Our staff and residents have also complimented her, Great Job Jo. We just wanted to say Thank You!!

We have used this company's services at my work quite a few times. They are generally punctual and have knowledgeable staff. While I have not used them in a home setting, I certainly would call them since we've had such good service at work.

This worker didn't care an wouldn't communicate about problem an now forced move with two small children. Them saying there family business maybe but define the don't care about family's. We've continuously cleaned only to have same guy squirt a tuber of roach repellent an won't answer a question but can complain even though I'm asking what he wants us to do. The whole year I've never had a I section an seen so much crazy stuff take day write out. My point is these people are not good people trying g get as much money an throw family's under bys when this place had bugs from day one

This company treats their employees horribly and worse is how their customers are treated the management is poor they have no idea how to successfully run a business problems start at the top with this company and trickle down to the poor treatments by certain technicians would highly reccomend going elsewhere for pest management needs these other reviews are some of the most inaccurate and Assumably know the owner chuck well
