George of A1 Bee Specialists did a great job ridding my home of a yellowjacket infestation.

I called for an appointment because of bee’s and they said they can come out the next day. I received a text confirming the appointment and then received a phone call stating they were on the way. George showed up right on time. He was very informative and helpful. He then informed me what he was going to do and told me about the guarantee policy if the bee’s returned. He then sprayed vigorously and completely. It has been a week and I am happy to say no return of bees. George was wonderful. Thanks for the awesome service.

George was the man that came out today to rid my brick wall of yellow jackets, He explained what he was going to do and then promptly took care of it. Seems to be working well so far. Just had a service call with A1 Bee Specialist. Had a nest of bees inside my vinyl siding, George inspected inside my house where a foul odor was coming from my circuit breaker box. He inspected the outside where the bees entered and had built a nest inside the siding. He explained everything in detail from start to finish, making sure as a customer what to expect and to make all corrections on my part to keep me bee free. This was a 10 star service experience. Don't call anyone else, A1 gets the job done! Thankyou George!!

After coming home from a work trip to discover a bunch of bees in my house, along with finding a place by my roof where bees were constantly coming and going, I called A1 Bee Specialists, and I’m so glad I did. I called yesterday around 5:00pm, and George was at my house this morning to take care of the issue. He is clearly so knowledgeable, thoroughly explained everything he was doing, and I immediately felt at ease after hearing it. In conclusion, I 100000% recommend George and A1 Bee Specialists.

Before even getting a service done, I was ready to give 5 stars because of how prompt and available they were to help. I called at 3:30 pm on Wednesday and had someone out at 10:45 am next day. The company was able to give the estimate over the phone and get me scheduled without having to be transferred multiple times or wait on hold. The gentleman that performed the service (I missed his name because I had a fussy baby ready for nap in my arms) was extremely polite, very clear with directions, and did the work thoroughly and in a timely manner. I paid before he started so that I could get the baby down for a nap, but he made sure to call me after to let me know he was done and go over precautions again. Excellent company, warranty on the work, and friendly and prompt staff. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I had an excellent customer service experience with this company. My call was promptly answered and referred to Carvin. The specialist (George) arrived at my home the same day and effectively exterminated the wasp nest that had taken up residence in our deck box. I am extremely pleased with the company’s promptness, professionalism, quality of service and affordability. They have truly earned my five star review.

George came out right away and took care of Yellowjacket bees that had infiltrated the brick and siding of my house. He was a pleasure to work with and very Informative and knowledgeable about the bees. Highly recommend this company.

George is a treasure! I was able to receive next day scheduling. Communication was great-with a text confirmation and a phone call letting me know when he was on his way. He quickly assessed the problem and treated on the spot. He also advised me on how to prevent a new nest.

Called A1 Bee Specialists around 6:10 or 6:15 pm Friday, September 20, 2024. The first man that answered couldn’t seem to hear me (?) so I called back. The lady I reached was able to hear me. I told her we had yellow jackets getting into the house and I’m allergic so we needed to get someone there soon. She put me on hold and said no one could speak to me right now, but she would put the message through. I asked her when I’d likely get a call back and she said and someone would call me that evening or the next morning. Tomorrow will be a week since I called and I still haven’t received a call back. We called another company who came to the house within a couple hours of calling. It says A1 has 24 hour service - that’s why I called them. I guess that just means they have a 24 hour answering service. But answering the phone doesn’t help if no one follows up to come take care of the bee problem. Disappointing. And dangerous for me with my bee allergy.

They never returned my call.

I called to get a bees nest removed, explained the details to the guy on the phone what I needed. He said Ok, let me finish with this caller and I'll be right with you. TWELVE minutes later a woman comes on the phone & I again explain what I need. She say's it's out of season and he doesn't work out of season and hung up on me! It's only September 20th so I don't know how that's out of season, fall doesn't start for 2 more days, and why not tell me that 12 minutes ago instead of wasting my time. Rudeness is never out of season I guess.

I left three messages with their answering service and never got a call back. I called Orkin and they came out the next morning and took care of my problem.

Followed the link to "Schedule appointment" and confirmed "appointment booked". Received an email the day before with a time not even close to the chosen time. A man called and suggested that I don't have to be home and that Schedule an appointment means REQUEST an appointment. I asked him how he would find the nest (it is inside the siding of a building), he said "We spray a few, they fly to the nest and kill the nest." I wanted to know what chemicals used would kill the nest like this but he wouldn't tell me or explain the process. I will have to choose some other exterminator, too bad I wasted 3 days already

I called due to an emergency of wasps in my infant sons nursery. I got ahold of a receptionist who then paged the gentleman who would be servicing our home. I was told that I should expect a phone call back shortly. I never got a phone call back. There are still wasps in my sons room. Thanks for nothing.

I called this place on 8/15 (saturday) asking for help because I have 2 wasp nests in my house, and wasps were getting into my house. I asked for an appointment for the next day or following weekend. The girl told me she sent somebody a message about the sunday and would get back to me. I never heard back. Monday (17th) came around and I called back about 10 minutes before they closed, they didn't answer. I left a message asking for help again that I would like someone to come out that week. Today the 25th, I still have never heard from them. I guess I'll have to deal with it myself or call another company.

They never contacted me back.

I would never call this company again. We called the first time and told them our issue so they made an appointment to come out 10 days later. In the meantime we started seeing bee's in our house so we called and this time we got an answering machine (so open 24 hours is a lie) . We left a message saying there are now bee's in our house and wanted to know if anyone could come out sooner. We never received a call back from that message, they didn't seem to care. But the day before they were supposed to come they contacted us confirmed the appointment and told us they would be there the following day. The following day comes no show no call so my wife called him. This guy did nothing but lie saying he tried calling us a couple times and sent us a message that he wasn't coming but we received NOTHING from him. Everyone knows how cell technology works by now and it was all a bunch of lies. Too many business out there to let them treat you like this. Bad service, don't call. My response to their response : A website error had nothing to do with the lies we were told. This is just more lies.

I came home from vacation to find lots of bees in my finished basement. Then called A1 for help who agreed to come to my home. They never showed up and never called. After waiting hours I called them and no one would answer my call or return my messages. It's now 4 days later and I still have heard nothing from this company. NOT reliable or professional or even courteous in my opinion.
