After two traps were left that was it. Paid a high price and rodents are still a problem

I have been using their monthly service for years now. They come once a week, always on the scheduled time. They are quick. In and out of the property without any mess. When I have additional issues inside the house, like spiders and ants, it's always quick to find an additional slot on their schedule. Todd comes and takes care of everything. Class A service. I recommend.

The worst service. He’s like a robot and doesn’t want to take care of anything besides his regular spraying routine, he acts angry if you ask for any other type of help when something new would come about. I want to have a service that finds out the “how and why” then takes action to prevent mice or bugs coming in, not just setting traps and spraying. Its like they don’t want to put themselves out of business by closing up areas that rodents and bugs crawl into. I also realize that sometimes you just need prevention. We used this company for way too long and so happy to have canceled their service. One more thing, the owner is a complete jerk.

Called a week ago, my appointment was today! No one ever came. I called about 1:30 to make sure they were coming. It’s 6:30 pm and I’ve heard nothing from the company. I try to use local businesses so I’m really disappointed and still dealing with ants!!!!!

Owner is incredibly knowledgeable and professional! We are so thankful for his work.
