US Animal Control of Michigan

The person who came was very professional and made a good concerted effort to get an animal out of my window well. Unfortunately the animal had begun to burrow under the window well and up the exterior, and could not be retrieved. A live trap was baited hoping the animal would return to the window well and be caught. The animal eventually burrowed all the way out. If the individual had arrived within 1 hour as noted by the dispatcher, the animal would have been caught because he had not begun to burrow. The individual arrived 2.5 hours after being dispatched. Despite the late arrival contributing to the inability of getting the animal I still was required to pay the supplemental "emergency" dispatch fee of $100. If I had been told that it would likely be 2.5 hours before arrival I would not have agreed to the $100 fee and hoped that the animal could have been retrieved the next day. The delayed arrival was purportedly due to miscommunication between the dispatched and person who was sent. The dispatcher accounted for travel time, but failed to consider that the individual being sent had another job in the opposite direction.

Costumer service rep that responded to my call was the most rude thing I have ever come into contact with. She should not be working at any place of employment.
