The people at Woods seem quite lovely, but the services are quite lacking. We used Woods for snowplowing over two winters and received numerous, lengthy emails explaining why driveways hadn’t been plowed. This occurred with almost every snowfall event for two years. Reasons ranged from lack of employees, employees needing rest, timing of the snow removal being difficult due to traffic patterns, etc. All of these issues may have been true, but our neighbors’ driveways were plowed, by several othe
I am totally happy with my landscape maintenance by Woods Landscaping. Jason, the manager, has worked closely with me, making sure the job is well done by his staff. The workers are always courteous and friendly. They refresh my wood chips, trim plants, when needed , and keep the beds weed free. Service has been fine, but until requested, we had no idea when the tech would arrive and had a few issues in this regard due to cars in the way. My wife absolutely detested the odor of the chemical applications and this has been a serious issue for us. (Not the fault of the applicants, of course.) Due to drought this summer I failed to realize any real improvement in my yard. I have no intention of watering the yard regularly or installing an irrigation system so continuing Turf Tech's services
Turf Tech was very flexible and accommodating with my lawn aeration service. They were able to work with my schedule and had great communication (special thanks to Amelia) throughout the whole process. I marked all of my sprinklers and one took a small hit that damaged it. They were able to come out and replace it free of charge within 2 days! I will absolutely be using turf tech for any lawn care/landscaping needs moving forward.
I did not get any pictures as I did not realize your individual had come until I found the bill hanging on my door. And yes, I was home, just busy. Thank you for taking care of our lawn.
