Update... another very successful year with Mosquito Joe. Great product and great customer service as always!! They have been doing an outstanding job in my backyard for several years. On the rare occasion that I need a "booster visit" ( July 4th was the most recent, they came out on the holiday and did an additional spray at no charge. Lots of dogs play in my backyard and we haven't had any issues. And Jess always leaves treats for my dog in our mailbox. Highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed with this mosquito service. When I signed up, they promised free re-sprays if the treatment didn’t work. After my second service, the mosquitoes were still just as bad, so I asked for the re-spray I was told was included. Instead, they cancelled my request and told me I’d need to pay for a third service to get the results they had originally guaranteed. This feels misleading and like they’re more interested in charging for extra visits than actually standing behind their work. I chose this company because of their “satisfaction guarantee,” but clearly that promise doesn’t mean much. I would not recommend them based on my experience, lack of follow-through and poor customer service.

I still highly recommend Mosquito Joe. We have used them a couple years and results are great. Nice sitting outside not worrying about getting bitten. Our technician, Jess, is excellent. Continues to be thorough and respectful of the property. Also respectful of our neighbors and their pets.

After the last 2 years dealing with companies that truly failed in providing customer care and good service, as a fairly new customer of Mosquito Joe company they have provided great service and discussion about my needs and seems to truly care about the customers needs unlike my last 2 mosquito companies. My application technician Anthony has done a great job without me needing to have to speak to him every time he is here with an issue like the other companies I dealt with.

Last year we survived the summer without any treatments. This year we decided to give it a shot and its almost as if they ATTRACTED MORE MOSQUITOES !!!!! We are 3 treatments in and are canceling. Save your money, this stuff DOES NOT work !!!!
