Used for mice problem since Sep 2023. Initial setup 365 and first checkin asked for 165 after just two weeks due to refill. Tho activity in the walls going strong, technician joshua did not spot any mice trace. Never mentioned no need to refill during winter. Would not renew.

I called about a problem I had and the cost and they told me they would have someone call back in 15 with a price estimate which was fine but I never received a call after 40 minutes so I called back again and they said the same thing which again I understood and the second lady that answered was nice. when I finally got a call back the guy was so rude and even hung up on my face. I had two simple questions but the customer service was not great
