Please make the technician aware that he left the garage and basement lights on. We don't live here full time, and they could have been left on for weeks. Thank you

A &M does my regular "bug" service. Living in a 200 year old house I had termites and they took care of them. Adrian is the best, does a great job and he's always friendly!

Excellent technician

I love A&M, and Adrian, who services our property. He’s so great. My only complaint (which is not a complaint) is that he’s so quick and efficient that I almost never catch him to talk his ear off!! The folks you speak to on the phone are so knowledgeable and can always answer my questions! We’ve been using A&M for more than eight years now, and have no regrets!

Awful, AWFUL company. Doesn’t show up when committed to, quotes for services and once services are approved, don’t complete all services but the money is still owed. The “officer manager” (Benjamin) has a huge chip on his shoulder so as long as you agree with him, he’s nice as can be but don’t you dare complain if services agreed to aren’t actually provided and that you have to wait over a week to get back on their schedule. Save yourself the aggravation and go with a professional company.

I was home at time of application and said hello to A&M Pest Control representative and received no response. He sprayed the property in about six minutes. If I don't have any ticks this year I do not have any issueswhatsoever ( I have a great history using A&M Pest), but if I do have tics, I would assume I didnt receive a sufficient application.

Had them out for a Mold removal estimate and when they noticed I had a competitor for pest control, they starting talking badly about the company and tried pushing me into taking their pest control services. I am very happy with my current company and it is very unprofessional to bash another company over and over in an attempt to gain my business, especially when I am not having any pest issues and haven't had any since I signed on, and that's not why I called them out to my home. The evidence they were seeing was all there from before we signed up. I went with another company, you should too.
