We had a pretty serious mouse problem, with mice in the walls and leaving their calling cards in the kitchen. Somebody came in and put poison anywhere, but it wasn't long before the mice were back. In search of a permanent solution, I found Best Mice Proofing. Estuardo and his crew came to the house and sealed off every opening that mice could use to get into our living space—from the basement to the third-floor attic, and everywhere in between. They sealed all the plumbing, all the heating, and everything else imaginable. For months afterward, we'd be in the back of a closet or in a cabinet underneath the counter and we'd find sheets of shiny metal. Estuardo had been there. Estuardo and his crew were a pleasure to have in our house, and when I had to tear out a floor under a sink, Estuardo was super helpful with follow-up questions, enabling me to re-seal the plumbing without having to bring his crew back. Best of all, no more mice!

I can’t speak to results yet but these guys just left my house and I am BLOWN AWAY at how thorough they were. Estaudo helped me with 3 units that experienced mice issues. Living in the city and in an old house mice can be common during the winter months. A traditional exterminator will be out every winter to “treat” the problem- I wanted something more permanent. Estuardo came by gave me a quote and scheduled me a couple weeks later. He is extremely professional, very kind, timely and meticulous in his work.
