CatsEye was absolutely fantastic! My house had a horrible mouse problem. The techs who assisted us were incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and helped us keep the mice away. Their customer service was amazing and they were very effective. We just got our CatGuard system installed (in very snowy conditions - props to our techs to working through snow banks that had been left behind the day before) and it is incredible to have peace of mind. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has mouse problems in the future!

Catseye pest control is a fraud. They bill you for services they never provide. There employee's only shows up on the location and walks around and doesn't provide any services. I will never deal with Catseyes again. Please stay away from them.

I really like this company.Yesterday finished the 7 week exclusion followed by full basement cleaning and sanitation.Vincent did a great job.Next step will be placement of cat guard which will happen in the spring per my request.Highly recommend this company.

Following the bimonthly visits and report summaries we have found them less than adequate. No follow up calls or scheduling made on Cateye to remedy situations and reports from visit are minimal lacking details and conversations with technicians. Disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and follow up.

This an excellent company. Whenever I have an issue they are very responsive. However the guy who came to my house on this visit was very rude and dug through my cabinets after I asked him not to.

So far everyone has been great. Responsive and professional and patient with questions.

We had CatsEye come out for their regularly inspection and the tech Gary who is outstanding did an excellent job making sure he inspected every troubled area and explained everything as he was going along. Its one thing to have any company come out for service but to have a knowledge seasoned tech is a huge plus!

Experts..

Very poor service. I have been a premium member for awhile. I have been waiting approximately one month for the Cat Tesmm to come out and seal things up. Meanwhile mice are having a field day!

UPDATE….team came out after 6 weeks, completed the job they committed to with the cat guard. Much different tone, but In the process, they destroyed $600 of landscape plants in the process. Was told they’d be out last week to look at it and asses but never showed…the saga continues… Got swindled by these guys….$2k for a cat guard, dead mouse in the wall 2 weeks later and they won’t come out to inspect the work nor address the rodent issue. Complete bait and switch and there customer service team (Mike in New York specifically) are the sole reason I will never give these guys my money again. Find someone else

Gave them 10 months to solve a rat infestation and they did nothing, it only got worse. After switching companies, problem was solved in one month. Not only that, they continue to charge me after acknowledging my service cancellation AND beg me for a review. Clearly they don’t update their records. Poorly run and just out for a dollar. Do not use.

This was a total waste of time and colossal waste of money. They were supposed to seal my basement and foundation from further rodent incursions. And when tech were asked when this was going to happen they just keep pushing if off. On at lease one occasion the tech pulled up infront of the house sad there for a few minutes then pulled away at which point we received an email stating that no one was home for the appointment. My wife was not only home but watched him waiting for him to get out of the truck. On their last visit, a tech either carelessly or through curiosity opened my stand up freezer in the basement which was full of frozen meat, costing hundreds of dollars in lost food. When I tried to inform them of this and cancel my service I contacted them 3 ways, via text, email and through their website. They never responded until they tried to schedule another visit. At which point (over a month later) they reached out to "inspect" the damage. Damage that had long been long cleaned up. Upon finalizing that we were no longer interested in their services they demanded the return of their traps. I collected them myself to leave on the porch as I was not keen on letting them reenter my house. In collecting the traps myself (and placing them in an empty box a tech had left in my basement) I noticed that at least half of the snap traps could not have worked as they were placed in locations too tight for the snap bar to actually swing shut and several of them were in this half sprung position. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I spent a lot of money for this company and I am still having problems. The seller sells you a great plan then has you sign right away and nothing was resolved. Money down the drain. I would not recommend Catseye Pest Control.

I called to inquire about the price of the lower exclusion system. They couldn’t give my a price over the phone which is understandable. They were able to have someone come out that morning and I would get an exact price. And I needed to “think of it as an investment.” Noah comes out. Walks around the property. Takes some pictures, and compares the different color aluminum to the house and foundation. Grabs his computer and emails I believe his building supervisor (I forgot the exact tittle). Nosh tells be it will be a few minutes but says he believes it will cost between $6,700 - $7,700. So much for an exact price. I turn it down due to cost. I’m told most people finance it. I can finance an $80k truck, but it doesn’t mean I should. The house is straight forward, as in not many 90% angles (4 total). I can’t see paying $7,700 for someone to bend and install aluminum trim coil. After all is send and done. No exact price. And then I get an email asking for a review.

I called this company to help me with a bat issues in my antique home. They told me they could complete the job and clean my space with no issues. They were not able to follow through and although many of the technicians were polite, the office and management were extremely rude. They did not complete my job, did not follow through with what I was directly told by management would be completed. They did not hesitate to continue to aske for money even though he job was never completed. Not satisfied with this company at all and would not recommend!

I highly suggest staying a at this company. I had a several grand system put around my house to keep mice out. The system was not installed properly and mice were in our basement in no time. Not only this, but I canceled their services and moved 7 months ago, but they not stop contacting me even though I’ve requested that they refrain from contacting me again. They just contacted me again this morning for a review.

We Paid $1500 for one program of six weeks to get rid of one rat, and then Catseyes kept billing us monthly on a service that we canceled and never received. I called and emailed to stop sending us bills with no response or action. Please at least respond to this note.
