This company does not remove bats. I suggest Google remove that service from your recommendation.

Jake from Dave's pest is awesome! I like that this time they gave me a time frame of them coming. They should always do that. I think they should also do a better job at preventing the pest from coming in your home.

Disappointed in. Service had Dave's here in the past for ants and wasps which Dave did a great job. Last year decided to have the gold plan. Which is full service service for all pest control. Never had the same person and bait boxes were added for basement and attic.Boxes wee not refilled because each new person coming didn't know where the others were.so a few more were added .Called Dave's office and mentioned not happy with plan and suggested as we do not have a finished basement that boxes should be marked and checked which they weren't so they could be found..Spraying for ants was done which was fine. . Contract runs out ths month didn't sign up for another year.

The initial visit and the office were very underwhelming. They have this one tech that came to do the follow named Jake that made me feel like I got something worth it for the $300 I spent. Google says they open at 8am but when I called nobody would answer until 5 mins or so after 8. This one technician, Jake was the only saving grace. Request Jake if you make an appointment.

The procedure using bait boxes was explained. They were professional and friendly. I look forward to their assessment in one month. Let's hope the mice will be controlled eventual)y.

Dave’s pest control had termite traps in place at the house we purchased so we continued to use them. Several times after the inspections I’d find some of the traps hadn’t been checked. The final straw was the last time they came for a routine inspection. I watched the company truck pull into the driveway and just sit at the bottom of the driveway. The guy never got out to do an inspection. We had other contractors at the house and they confirmed they didn’t see anyone walking around outside checking traps. He stayed in the driveway for awhile and left. We called Dave’s Pest and told them what happened. Ultimately we ended up parting ways. My husband called back to try and use them again (small town, not many options around) and was told since we “called them dishonest” they won’t do business with us. Honestly they did us the favor, we should have known better than to go back to them. I don’t recommend Dave’s Pest.. especially if you work all day, you’ll never know if your traps actually get serviced when you’re not home.
