This company is a mess. They acquired our previous pest company who was great. When they became Modern Pest is when the problems began. Costs inflated, they were regularly ignoring our requests to call us let them into the house and would only spray outside on those days (it's a rental property), it would take them weeks to respond to messages, the list goes on. Unless service. Mice got worse. They put down poison boxes only for 300 then 50 a month for 12 months . We easily could get bate at home depot for 10 bucks . We set all our own traps , scope the whole parameter and for 2 days sealed any and all holes. Fixed the prob ourselves and still paying 50 a month until April. Horrible service , save you money. Getting in touch with BBB tomorrow.
