We own a small retail business. Somehow we became totally infested with fleas. It became impossible to keep the business open. I called my exterminator we’ve been using on a monthly business for over twenty years and they told me they couldnt come out for two weeks. looked online and found Newcomb’s environmental services. They came out within two hours and treated the space. Problem was completely solved right away. They also came back two weeks later for a second treatment just for good measure. They even gave me a ninety day warranty. I am a new customer and highly recommend.

I was supposed to be a first time customer..I had a scheduled date and time and they never showed up and never called so I called them. They said they were running behind so they would come the next day...never showed up or called again...I called they said first thing the following morning...they didn't show up AGAIN and I had to call them AGAIN...they said they were running behind and weren't sure when they would get here...unacceptable. Unprofessional. No apology...nothing, but "you can go with another company"....yes, you are right that I can and I will. I do not recommend. They won't show up or even have the courtesy to call and let you know. I do NOT recommend this place.

Sorry to hear you were unpleased. When we originally scheduled this job it was set to either be<br>Wednesday or Friday of this week.. It was explained that we were shorthanded this week on more than one occasion. When it was discussed that we would be out Friday a time was never scheduled we did promise to be there before the end of the day.. I've been the owner of the company and spoke with you this morning offered my apologies and explained again that we were shorthanded in doing the very best we could.. You responded that there were a million other places that you could take your business.. That is when I made the statement that you could take your business elsewhere if that's what you felt necessary to do to do. As a small business owner I do my very best to satisfy every customer you can take a look at our Better Business Bureau rating in many online reviews and find that we are above board and have a 5 star rating
