We recently had to deal with a squirrel in the house and since we have a contract with A1 we contacted them. The tech was on site within 2 hours same day and extremely helpful, finding the intruding animal that had expired and providing several inciteful and useful comments and suggestions regarding what to look for and precautions to reduce the chance of a future incursion. Thanks A1 for quick and helpful service - we highly recommend you !

I was impressed with Diane at the office she got me an appointment immediately which I’m so thankful. Jeff was the service tech. He was so professional, thorough and really went above and beyond . My tenants had a carpenter ant problem and he came and spent 1 entire hour investigating and treating. So far no calls from tenants … no news is good news . Thanks to a great company for exceptional service!

Canceled service with there guy on site, also called in and canceled because we sold the house. They will not cancel service and go to house and spray, and keep sending me a bill. Be careful if you hire them because they won't stop coming. Very aggressive and unprofessional on the phone also. There are many companies out there and I would suggest to stay away from these guys. Try someone local instead
