Bite Back Bed Bug Removal of Boston

After several people who came out to figure out if I have bedbugs, I found Miles of Bite Back, who was by far the most knowledgeable of everyone I've spoken with. Bite Back only does bedbugs, which is reassuring. He is honest and candid. I have been a total wreck, and he helped alleviate a lot of my anxiety. We're 98% sure I don't have bedbugs, but in the outside chance that I do, I feel confident that Miles will take care of it! That's a good feeling! He's also very compassionate. I highly recommend Bite Back!

Though they didn’t do the job they had informed me of what I was doing for my bed bug problem was not wrong but wouldn’t solve it and instead of leaving it at that they explained why in great detail and even recommended a service that can help us more then regular pest control without them and be sleeping with critters every night and my wife can’t stand em I forgot the guys name who talked with me but thanks man I really appreciate wish I could have bought you a beer.

My elderly mom’s rental house called her to tell her they had bed bugs. She was freaked out. I called a bunch of places to get info and this was one of them. I spoke with Miles. He was so informative and calming. He put our fears to rest, and was so helpful. His prices were great and he was also recommended to me by another bed bug removal service that didn’t service the main Boston area. I booked him on the spot. He was on time, very professional, and just an all around great guy! He did a great job. He also checked the other two rentals for signs. He could have taken advantage and told us there were some, we wouldn’t have known any better, but he was very honest and told us they were fine. He did a great job and the tenants are bed bug free. When we suspected our apartment might have bed bugs, Miles talked us through what the process could look like if we did eventually confirm the bugs. They came to check it out, and low and behold--bugs! Luckily it wasn't a severe infestation, they were able to come over ASAP and steam the entire apartment and even had a separate heating container for belongings that couldn't be steamed! Additionally, Miles made sure we understood all of the other protocols that we should follow both before and after the steaming, so we could avoid a re-infestation! Overall it was really great and easy working with this company.

I had a really bad case of bedbugs at an airbnb- unfortunately the host was NOT on top of it, but once Miles arrived they were super calm and grounding, they heard me out on what was happening and solved the problem in one treatment- and it was a really bad version of bedbugs, I’m not going to lie. In the end no bedbugs came home with me, and from the first night after the treatment I was out of pain and out of the woods. I’m really freaked out by this type of thing and Miles kept me really informed and took time to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
