I have been doing work with Rav for about 4 years now and have zero complaints. He is always consistent and always shows up to my jobs and is a super cool guy. His work quality is great and helps my clients feel better about there pest issues. 10/10 would recommend Rav to anyone in the MA area!!

I highly recommend this company! A diffferent company removed two hornet nests and in doing so sent more than fifty hornets into my house. This company answered my call and was there so quickly even on a Saturday. Rav couldn’t have been nicer. He sprayed the whole house and gave me instructions for how to clean it up

Had an issue I really wanted to be taken care of as soon as possible. I reached out to Boston Best as I found them in a search of my area. Rave sent me a text within minutes after my call and told me he would be in touch within 30 minutes, which he was. He was able to come to my house that day to take care of the issue and even came earlier than planned. Hopefully I will not need pest control services again but if I do, I will definitely be contacting Boston Best Pest.

I had an excellent experience with BBPC. Rav was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also kind and resourceful. The process of removing a very large wasp nest was efficient, and he left the property spotless. HORRIBLE SERVICE, He did 2 services at my home, but I still have Cochroches and Rats, tried calling so many times but never pick up the phones, hard to communicate, Wasting money and time. DON'T RECOMMEND

Great job! I Called Rav in the middle of night as there were mice in the house and my kids couldn’t sleep as they were scared. Rav was a saviour, he came right away and did his work! Rav is the best Pest Control Expert in the Greater Boston Area! When you call his number you speak to him directly (unlike all the other companies who schedule you w/ another person and give you a 4 hour time block to wait for appointments and still might not show up.) Rav gives you a specific time and absolutely delivers. We had a big mouse problem in a multi unit building. Rav came with a specific plan of attack and after 4 visits spaced out over a 1-2 month period the problem has been fully resolved in a very non-invasive manner. Look no further for pest control!

They came to my home within 48 hours of my initial call. Mouse problem was dealt with within a week and they followed up a couple weeks later to check and patch any holes. Quite sociable and efficient.

Rav was a great find in a bad situation. We bought a house and did not realize there was an infestation of bedbugs. After calling many different services and becoming informed about bedbugs, we decided to go with Rav. His knowledge, understanding, availability, and genuine concern for making sure the problem was gone, was how he conducted his business. After two treatments, the bedbugs were gone, but we were so worried that he did a third treatment for our peace of mind and with three months after not seeing any more bedbugs he called us to make sure that everything was all set. If you are going through any problems that need pest control I highly recommend Rav.

Called Boston Best Pest Control for a carpenter ant infestation :( Naturally, I was freaking out about it. Rav came quickly and said they should all be gone within the week. He also has a 3 month guarantee which gives me peace of mind if any somehow survive. Thanks again for taking care of them quickly!

Scheduled an appointment with them for a wasp infestation, they never showed up and never returned my calls. Why schedule a time you’re going to show up then no call no show? No consideration. 0/10

Had a bee problem in front of house, Rav came out to resolve the problem which he did, unfortunately there was a second bee nest in which he came out a second time to take care of the bee activity, as this was a few days ago there is no activity, we are grateful for resolving our bee problem, great price and great response to our problem.

Have a mouse problem. The company owner came to my house- checked the foundation for entry holes. Spent 1 hour on the outside entry holes filling them with steel wool and foam! Then we went inside and he: 1. Looked behind the stove where a nest usually is. I swept and he filled holes and left a trap. 2. Checked the basement and filled every hole. Placed bait traps. 3. Checked my entire house, rooms, behind sofa, under beds and in closets for droppings and entry holes. Total time at house: 2hours and got the job done!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! And thank you!!!

Rav was great. I called him and he came the same day. He was very professional and explained to me about the process of how removal works. Would def recommend him! I hope I never need extermination again, but if I do, I know exactly where to go.

Rav at Boston Pest was excellent. I had a little mouse concern and he took my call immediately, very polite and understanding, and informed me of his process and fee….all up front. He scheduled a time and appointment to return and set traps, and he was perfectly punctual, and very conscientious of my home. Rav In NO WAY tried to up-charge me….not in the least.
