I had suffered on and off for a couple of years with Bats enjoying the large space in my attic. I tried all the home remedies. Finally called the experts at North Shore Wildlife. Techs came and went all over my house. Unfortunately I left it too late as laws forbid bat exclusion in certain months. Bob and tech came back first thing in august. Found an entry point that i still don’t know how they found it. Placed a bat cone and sealed the rest. So far it has been peaceful. No noises or scratching. I am having a full house inspection done soon, so I can relax at night and not panic at every slight noise i think is them. I have been so impressed with the knowledge and care these guys have shown in solving my bat problem . First class service. Thank you

We had squirrels living in our wall/roof and we called North shore Wildlife and I'm so glad we did. The team was great and they followed through on their guarantee until all the squirrels were gone. If we ever have enough critter problem I will definitely be calling them and I recommend them to anyone in the area. I first contacted Robert at Northshore Wildlife because there was a squirrel nest with a mother and babies above my balcony. The aggressive behavior was concerning my tenants, and Robert was initially helpful in identifying a plan for humane removal and exclusion. The written contract specified removal of the nest and squirrel exclusion by closing all entry points to provide long-lasting protection. By the time the work was scheduled two weeks later, the babies had already left the nest, so there was no need for rehoming. Robert did not perform the work himself — he sent two workers who completed the job in under an hour. Afterward, they told my tenant that it was still possible for squirrels to get in and that the job was “just temporary.” This was not what I agreed to in the signed contract, which was for full exclusion and long-term prevention. When I called Robert to discuss it, his tone was completely different from before I hired him. He wasn’t interested in addressing my concerns and instead dismissed me with “thank you for your feedback” and “you’re welcome to schedule a follow-up if you have concerns,” while insisting on prompt payment. I would not recommend this company. The $600 job took less than an hour, was incomplete, and was not performed in accordance with the contract.

We’ve used North Shore Wildlife twice now and they have done a great job both times. Last year we did the mouse exclusion package and they helped clear out existing mice and fill in potential entrance points. Recently they cuhelped us when we had some skunks nesting under our deck. They removed 3 skunks for us and our dog can roam the backyard safely again! Robert, Rick, and Andrew were all kind, helpful and effective.

TRUE STORY! I found a skunk under my bed at 11pm on a Monday night. Robert was at my house in 30 minutes. He set a trap and had the skunk out of my house WITHOUT SPRAYING by 8am the following morning. Unbelievable service and professionalism! Thanks Robert!

Discovered we had woodchuck in our yard and was referred to Northshore Wildlife. Robert was very responsive and within 3 days the woodchuck was caught. They monitored the traps for 10 days and always available for questions. Highly recommend.

Contacted North Shore Wildlife to remove a family of skunks that took up residence under our shed. Excellent communication from start to finish. Friendly, professional field staff members did a fantastic job with prompt response and removal of the entire family of 7 skunks. Would absolutely use their services again.

I’m so glad to have found North Shore Wildlife! We had an animal in our basement, and Robert came out within 30 minutes of receiving my call, identified it as a baby opossum, gently removed it, and found a rehabber here on the north shore to take it in. The whole process was surprisingly quick and easy, and Robert and his team were kind, personable, and effective. I especially appreciate that they are humane in their approach to this work, and that they find rehabbers for the animals to go to. I would highly recommend them!

We had a family of squirrels living in the eaves of our house, and Northshore Wildlife was fantastic from start to finish. They came out quickly to assess the situation, explained everything clearly, and came up with a solid plan. At first, we didn’t realize there was an entire squirrel family up there, but they were patient and thorough, coming back several times to make sure the job was done right. They followed through on the plan we agreed on, and thanks to them, the squirrels are out and our home is secure. Highly recommend if you’ve got critters causing trouble around your home!

Robert came out to investigate a possible critter in the chimney. Even though we had an appointment scheduled for the following day, he made an extra effort to come the same day I called. He thoroughly investigated the situation and offered helpful advice and education. It was a very professional and pleasant experience for something that had me very worried. North Shore Wildlife was awesome to work with! We heard critters allll over our attic and after attempting to handle the situation ourselves (haha) we called NSW who responded immediately and sent over their staff within a few days. Within a week we didn’t hear anymore attic activity and within 4 weeks we stopped catching mice in traps - although we’ve left them down just in case. Robert responded to our raccoon issue that very afternoon and spent considerable time ensuring that the animal had left our chimney. He followed up immediately when we said it had returned and has followed up constantly since then. I highly recommend him should you have need to rid your home of an unwanted visitor.

Robert was the consummate professional. We called North Shore Wildlife life last Saturday bc we saw something moving under the patio cover and wasn’t sure what type of animal had made themselves at home. Robert literally got to our home 10 min after we spoke to him. Once he got here, he went straight to work and uncovered that we in fact had a large raccoon who also appeared to be pregnant. The poor animal was so scared and Robert handled her so gently and was able to have her move out of there on her own. I would not hesitate to call him again. Thank you for your help last week!
