Eastern Pine Pest Control

We had a yellowjacket nest in our roof soffit that was starting to expand into the side wall of our house. We were already contracted under another pest control company who tried unsuccessfully to take care of it for 2 weeks. Eastern Pine took care of it in 1 visit, and proactively sent their techs out again to check twice more to ensure everything was completely gone. We dropped the other company immediately and we will be staying with Eastern Pine indefinitely. These guys know what they are doing, and they are proactive so you never have to chase them around to do their job. We ended up adding rodent control as well, which they also nearly completely eliminated in one visit and proactively set up several rechecks to make sure we had complete coverage.

I use them for all my outside bug spraying. They are great they come when needed and always come when it’s needed . They take pride in there work. I highly recommend them

I recently had a mouse issue in my home and reached out to Eastern Pine Pest Control and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and easy to communicate with. They scheduled a visit quickly and arrived right on time. The technician was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect both the interior and exterior of my home, identified potential entry points, and explained everything clearly, while answering my many, many questions. I appreciated how thorough he was—not just in placing traps and bait, but in offering long-term prevention tips as well. We were on a yearly contract with this company. We were seeing small ants in the home and I asked them to come spray for them. Communicating back and forth I learned they would be spraying a pesticide that would be harmful if ingested by my dogs. I asked if they could come a week later when we would be away and therefore it would be safer for my pets. They were put out because they were “in the area” and tried to convince me it was safe for pets as “it’s used topically”. This is not the same as ingesting it. Next, I found evidence of mice and again had to call them to come out. I asked them if we could arrange it around a day that we didn’t have contractors in - again they were miffed because “they were in the area. They then canceled my contract because I was difficult to schedule I highly do not recommend this company.

We called Eastern Pine about a huge hornets nest in our eave, up over 20 feet. They had a tech in the next city on a job, so he was available to come on the same day. Tanner sprayed the nest, and came back to remove the it a couple of days later. We would definitely use Eastern Pine again! They are highly professional, courteous and thorough.
