Rich was great when it came to get rid of black ants, unfortunately I was told to call back if I still had the problem with the ants and I still do. I have been chasing them for over a month and going back and forth on telephone. Hopefully someone will contact me and fix the occurring black ants problem. Paid $175 for a few drops of some liquid that they applied. Hope to hear from them soon to rectify the ongoing ant problem. Not saying anything bad about the company yet. Let's see what the future brings. Thank you. Update on my last review. Rich came over today and sprayed it again. Couldn't thank him enough. Great outfit. Went over and above the call of duty. Put this outfit on the top of the list. They are 5 star if not more.

I highly recommend this company, Paul and his associates were very attentive to the questions I had, and addressing the issues I had in my home.

I have many residential properties in Southeastern Massachusetts as well as Rhode Island. I found this company after using many other companies that failed to eliminate the pest problems at my locations. No Fly Zone was able to eliminate the pest problems I had at these locations. They are courteous and the technicians they have sent out were very Customer Service oriented as well as explained in detail what to expect. My problems were eliminated and I now have regular service at these locations to prevent the nightmare I was experiencing at these locations. I highly recommend this company for all your pest control issues.

No Fly Zone was great from start to finish! We recently had a yellow jacket nest near the roof of our house and No Fly Zone answered our call immediately and provided next day service. They were very professional and personable, explained their process for removal, and even came back the next day to ensure the pests were gone. Would definitely call again!

This is the most unfortunate review I've had to write. I had No fly zone come and give me a quote on a Wasp removal a few weeks ago. I met with Paul and he was extremely kind and personable. he gave me a price RANGE for the work to be done. After he left, I spoke to my girlfriend regarding the quote and she brought up that I had forgotten to ask what would dictate the job being on the lower, or higher end of the quote. A VERY basic and standard question when getting a quote for ANY work. I called back and spoke to the woman who runs their phones. She answered a few of my questions, but wasn't 100% certain on the price differences. which is COMPLETELY FINE. The problem arose when she said she'd have Paul contact me again to give me more details. Now I had another company coming to my home to give me another quote, as this was the first quote I had received for this job. When I heard back from Paul, he was instantly very defensive and dismissive of me having any other questions about the quote. I had asked him, "What factor dictates which side of the price range your quote falls under?" and he answers saying things like "My hard work, all my years of experience... etc" I clarified that I wasn't questioning why his work was worth the price range. I didn't think that what he quoted me was unfair or unreasonable at all. In fact, I was leaning much more towards using No Fly Zone. But for some reason, me wanting to know what factors would control if the price was 100$ cheaper or more expensive was insulting to Paul for some reason. He quickly started to dismiss me entirely saying "Go ahead and use the other guys. You don't have to worry about what I'm charging you then. Goodbye" and hung up on me. I called back their main line as Pauls number routes directly to it. I explained to the woman who answered the phone that there must have been a misunderstanding and my intention was NEVER to offend or insult Paul. She told me that she'd talk to him and call me back. They never did. I understand that as a business owner, you can refuse the right to take a job or to reach back out to a customer. But I also have the right to air my grievances with your lack of professionalism and frankly, extremely immature attitude towards what can only be described as a very simple, and expected question about getting a quote for work to be done. I wish that this had all turned into a more positive experience, but that decision was taken out of my hands.
