Bryan came out and was completely honest and advised against spraying since the bees were already probably dead for the season. He could have just taken my money but didn't. I will definitely use him again in the future if I need an exterminator. An honest businessman is hard to find. Thank you.

I hired this company in the fall of 2021 for evidence of mice in my crawl space. Everett came and was very nice and professional. He placed several bait traps and told me they would service them biweekly until there was no evidence of activity (up to one year warranty). As promised he returned 2 weeks later, told me he did still see evidence of activity in the crawl space and re-baited the traps. He was scheduled to return in 2 weeks, actually on Christmas Eve. I was pleased enough by our original interaction that I actually referred them to someone else that hired them. On Christmas Eve day no one came so I called. Brian answered and to.d me there was a problem with the truck but I’d hear from them after the holidays, which I was fine with. After the holidays there was snow which made access to the crawl space difficult so when I didn’t hear back I figured that was the problem and they would reschedule when access was easier. When I hadn’t heard from them by April I texted them but got no response. I called and left voicemails on the business number which were also ignored and texted again about a week ago. At this point I must assume that they have no plan to respond to me and the service I paid $350 for will not be completed. My next step will be a registered letter asking for a refund to be issued since they don’t seem to want to complete the job and I still have bait traps and stickers in my yard, crawl space and house. If that doesn’t work I’ll contemplate a small claims case. I’m very disappointed with the service from this company. UPDATE 6/14/2022- I was contacted by the Brian and he apologized for letting my service slip through the cracks. He came today to recheck the traps and schedule ongoing service. He was very polite and seemed sincere. This small business appears to be trying to make good on it’s contract with me and that’s all I wanted. Hopefully has a good outcome.

I had Bryan out to look at an ant problem that was primarily outdoors. He was honest about his limits to control outdoor ants. he offered a solution that I was able to do myself. He talked to be about carpenter bees as well and gave advice to try on my own. He did tell me what it would be to spray around my home if i end up with a carpenter ant problem and the price was very good - much lower than I had expected. I will be using them for any future pest control issues I come across.

We just had a surprise wasp infestation in my son’s bedroom, and even though Brian had appointments scheduled for the entire day, he came to our home the same evening we called, and dealt with the issue swiftly, calmly, and with complete efficiency. He told me what to keep an eye out for, and all of the Yellowjackets were taken care of immediately; two days later not a live one to be found! I can’t say enough great things about him or his company, and I highly recommend calling him for all pest control needs. Plymouth Bristol Pest Control is going right on my speed-dial!
