I have been with Lawn Pro for 25 years. In those 25 years, I have not had any issues. Many times I would ask the Lawn Care person for advice on other lawn issues and they are more than happy to help me. Over the 25 years, I have also recommend them to other home owners as well.

This is my first year with Lawn-Pro and I couldn’t be more pleased. Responsive, professional and timely. And my lawn looks great. A shoutout to Dave who came and answered all my questions, treated the lawn and did my second application. Doing the lawn fertilizer myself is a thing of the past. Thanks Lawn-Pro. The service I got in 2025 was great. I won’t be treating my grass myself any more. Signed up for 2026 as soon as I got the application. Looking forward to another great green grass year!

Can’t thank this company enough ! My lawn was not a lawn it was full of weeds and was dull. This past summer it was green and lush and felt so good to walk barefoot through. The price was great too !

Lawn pro treated my lawn by accident twice within a week instead of my neighbor who was one of their customers because our address is similar. They overtreated it and caused the lawn to die. I reached out three times to them to take responsibility and no one has even called me back. Very disappointing.

Mr Milani, as we have spoken on the telephone, I am coming to your house to re-evaluate the lawn. As I stated earlier in the season, there was nothing that could be done at that very time due to summer heat and ry climate....NO application of fertilizer would help, it would only cause further stress to the lawn, and seeding would also have not been an option at that time for the same climatic conditions. <br>Now, in the month of September, I will re-evealuate and do whatever is necessary to restore any areas that may still be showing signs of stress to your lawn. As you stated, much has recovered but there are still a few spots.<br>Thank You for your patience and understanding with this matter.

Was with lawn pro service for years. Had 2 treatments done this year insect control and crabgrass. Said there would be follow up when purchased at full price. Got ants after first treatment and crabgrass was still there. Called them back and said can't help me anymore as not a customer. Cancelled their lawn service and signed up this year with someone new gave me a much better price than lawn pro. We were with them for years but didn't back their work and no discount because said to late cutoff date and needed full payment up front. Other company had no problem taking care of me. Poor customer service for me and didn't back their product application. Not Happy. Can't recommend. Sorry Steve

Very sad to hear about your recent experience with Lawn-Pro. As you may, or may not be aware, we have been servicing Ms. Ioccos lawn for the past 24 years with little to no outstanding issues aside from a few service calls per season (which is common to most lawns). I understand that as of this year you are now handling the lawncare decisions at this address. We have attempted to call you back on several occasions with no reply. <br>Thus far this season you have received the Spring Application on 3/25 and the Foundation Insect Control on 4/19. Upon your original call to our office regarding some crabgrass and insect issues, our office staff informed you that we would provide a FREE Service Visit to your property to resolve the issue, which is the normal protocol. As I understand, you were adamant with our staff about cancelling our service altogether over this one incident. After 24 years, thats quite an extreme measure to act on, yet it is obviously your decision to make.<br>I just want to remind you that we did offer you a resolution to this issue to satisfy your request yet you demanded to cancel thus refusing our offer. I am more than happy to further extend that offer to you and continue to maintain your property for the season.<br>Feel free to contact our office and speak with the owner at anytime to further discuss or to request to re-start your services.

I’ve been a customer for a couple years, but working from home I finally got to observe a Lawn Pro tech work on my yard. This week I watched the tech walk my entire yard, pick up my dog’s toys, and place them on my back patio steps. I assume to make sure that the fertilizer didn’t get on the toys. Took him no more than a couple mins, but it made me realize that Lawn Pro really does mean professionals. I appreciate the professionalism and respect they show just as much as the services they offer.
