Great experience with Chris S. He came out to do an inspection for some pest issues I’m having at my house. He was very thorough and offered on his recommendations on my best options for my problem. Very nice guy and easy to talk to. He came out once before for another property of mine and was super helpful there too - highly recommended.

I decided not to renew termite services with Waltham and went with another local company because it was almost 33% cheaper. I paid for the stations. I was informed that they want to removed the stations because I am not continuing service with them. I highly do not recommend Waltham and their business tactics.

We needed to remove the old and install new insulation in the basement. Upon inspection Nick found mice droppings so our service was two-fold, disinfecting the area plus removing the old insulation, putting new up, removing mice and treating or baiting to stop them from coming back. Nick had to seal several holes where they likely got in. I can't say enough about Nick, he is friendly, informative and inspired confidence. So far so good! And we signed up for quarterly pest control service.

Can't say enough about the service. The bank dropped the ball on our mortgage loan. 3 days before closing, a requirement to have termite treatment done before closing was levied. Received permission to perform the service the night before the closing. Nick and Jesse went above and beyond to schedule us at the last minute, complete the work the morning of the inspection, and get us the needed paperwork immediately. The professionalism and genuine caring for the customer is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Waltham Pest Services. I will be a customer for any future needed services.

Nick was very professional throughout the whole process. He explained the trouble areas that he saw and the remedy that would take care of the issue (mostly ants and some other pests). He also noticed the mosquitoes and recommended a very affordable service to try to get rid of them. Looking forward to seeing the results! EDIT 7/24/21: had an issue months back and they sent me to the sales guy. He never called me back, also every time a tech comes out it’s a different person. I had the mosquito service and was working, last service some hotshot that had been “doing it for 20 years” came out and told me i didn’t need the mosquito based on his experience. well i did, getting eaten alive. just a shotty operation without any continuity. will be going with a more local and personalized approach for my needs. Waltham has a one size fits all type of approach. Also, i wouldn’t be too happy if i had a tech out there telling people they didn’t need a service to a paying customer, WHO IN TURN ACTUALLY DOES.
