Contacted A-Zap Pest Control about a hornets' nest on a tarp which was over bikes and a kayak. Aimee answered my questions and set an appointment for the next day. She arrived on time and explained what she was going to do. When she finished she said to give it 48 hours and call her if I saw more hornets. I did see more hornets and Aimee came back the next day to re-treat the area. Problem solved! This is a family owned business that treats you like family.
Conscientious, careful, and very knowledgeable, Aimee is a very personable professional. She shared her extensive knowledge with me in the large white faced hornet nest in my propane tank lid that I was dealing with so we could proceed with the best solution. She's an excellent communicator, and she's prompt with response times. If I could give her more stars than 5, I'd do it!
