We bought a 200-year-old house a year ago; we've had to call Sonny 3 times so far. Each time, he has been prompt, professional, and the nicest person we have ever met. His rates are extremely reasonable, possibly unreasonably reasonable. We had a rodent nest, a wasp nest, and something else that built a nest in the wall some time ago but was long gone. Pest problems may always be with us, but at least they come with the pleasure of calling Sonny again.
