I called Steven after a girls trip to Puerto Rico where one of my friends was sure she brought home bed bugs from our Airbnb. I called him totally distressed, he called me back in about 10 minutes and then came over within the hour to inspect my bed and the bites I had. He has years of experience in the industry and assured me my bites were not bed bugs (thank god) and processed to check out our bed & my suite case and other belongings. He did a thorough and FREE inspection. Steven has integrity and wants to help, he’s knowledgeable about pests. Even the next day when I thought I saw something suspicious I sent him a text and photo and he responded immediately. He had everything to gain in terms of using my fears to make a profit and instead informed me of what was really happening (sand fleas) and totally eased me. He also had very fair pricing if his services were ever needed in the future. Call Steven!

Bayside Pest Control has provided annual preventive services for a few years. Steve is very professional coupled with his excellent customer service. He has taken care of carpenter bees that were attacking my house. Recently, two squirrels decided to taken up residency in the floor of my sunroom. Steve promptly set up traps & checked them daily before catching them. Very reliable. Highly recommend Bayside Pest Control!
