Minuteman Pest Control is my go-to both personally and professionally. They’ve helped treat my own home and have also taken great care of many of my real estate clients. From their inspectors to their service techs, everyone is professional, pleasant, and truly knowledgeable. Jacklyn in the office is a gem—she’s my first call when I need to schedule insect inspections for clients. She’s always so kind, responsive, and a joy to work with. Matt and Jared are the primary inspectors I work with most often, and they absolutely know their stuff. If you ever have a pest issue, they’re exactly the kind of team you want in your corner. I highly recommend Minuteman for their excellent service and dependable expertise!

Matt came out this morning to inspect the problem we are having with carpenter ants. What an awesome guy. He didn't find any tell tale signs of a colony which is fortunate for us. He told us to monitor the situation and if anything changes to contact him andeither he or his brother will come out and reassess and treat if necessary. I see why this company has been in business for 47 years, has an A+ rating and is accredited with the BBB.. Great company, great gentleman to deal with.... I would definitely recommend this company if you're having pest issues.

After a long, thorough, and even entertaining conversation with Jackie in the office, I made what has been one of the best decisions I've made since living here. After years of concern about mice in my farmhouse, and frustration about evidence of their prowling on my stovetop (regardless of how clean I kept it), in drawers, even on my desk where I never keep food, etc. etc. etc I finally decided to take action. After hiring Minuteman Pest Control and their treatment two weeks ago, the bothersome evidence of these critters—who I SO did not appreciate as house pets—is gone. My only question is why did I wait so long? (One reason was imagining the terrible odor of them dying in my walls. Has not happened.) Thank you, Minuteman Pest Control!

I have a serious rat problem on my farm. Matt the company VP meet with me to discuss the issues and options. He was VERY generous with his time and knowledge in helping me problems solve the issue and develop solutions. Because of various circumstances it was more of a job for me, the homeowner and also a licensed pesticide applicator to tackle. But he took the time to make sure I knew what was needed so i could safely and successfully solve the rat problem. Very appreciative for his time and professionalism.

I have to write a review to absolutely rave about Minuteman Pest Control. We suddenly had what seemed to be an infestation of tiny bugs, too small to be ants, we were sure. Minuteman was highly recommended, so we called. We were stunned when they offered to have one of their entomologists identify the bug -- no charge! -- to see if we could address the issue ourselves. We caught a few of the bugs, brought them to their office in a container, and received a call the next day. (The bugs were in fact ants!) We were told the type of ant and how to get rid of them. The ants were gone by the next day. No charge at all. Minuteman didn't even try to sell us the ant bait. We would recommend Minuteman Pest Control one hundred times over.

One morning I woke up to hear something in my basement running around on the heating ducts. I have to tell you it scared the ba-jesus out of me. I called Minuteman Pest Control and left a message. I didn't take to long before someone called me back. Long story short, the Animal Control Agent, Paul Hewes called me and we meet at my house. He was great. Quickly found the chipmunk, found where the little devil was getting into my house and closed up the hole. What a relief it was knowing that it couldn't get back in. Paul was easy going, professional and very helpful. He was my HERO!

I am extremely pleased with quickness and seriousness minuteman pest control has had with dealing with bug infestation. I dropped off a sample and within the hour had an identification of the bug and a treatment plan. They are extremely prompt in response and knowledge in treatment for bug issues. I felt that i was treated honestly and fairly. I would recommend this company to anyone having a bug issue. Along with that the front desk staff were also extremely friendly and helpful!
